Our initial car had a mechanical/electrical issue with the driver’s door. We were able to exchange cars at another facility. There was also a billing error which was corrected when we returned the car at the airport. They made it good in the end.Bewertet am 12. Okt. 2022

The first car I received was infested with Ants. I didn't realize that until I was way down the road. I called and the allowed me to return it. No problem which was great. It did mess up up my schedule while I was there as I didn't account for returning a vehicle. The customer service was great.Bewertet am 19. Sept. 2022

Just needed a little more explanation on charges since I bought insurance through kayak and it seems like they charge me again. Also, it would be nice if the counter people are aware of the type of car that is in inventory. That is, know the features. I upgraded since I was told there is apple car play in the car so I can use the GPS. Apparently, there isn't.Bewertet am 7. Feb. 2022

Negativ:The agent offered a upgrade for a fee for a jeep cherokee. I had an issue with my card and had to call them. I walked from the transaction to call the card provider and was assigned a Nissan Rogue. I have hated every Nissan I have driven and would never pay extra to drive one. It was past 9 pm and I still had to go home and load up before leaving on my 800 mile drive to be with my mom who's husband died the next morning. My back still hurts from the low quality nissan seating .Bewertet am 13. Juli 2020
