Positiv: Yes! The guy was great, upgraded us! We were there fir a funeral and had a 14 hour drive back so it was greatly appreciated.

Negativ: There was only one person staffing the rental office. Had to wait a while to pick up the car.

Mediocre from start to finish
Negativ: Guy at the counter was trying to sell the customer in front of us on man-made diamonds - his side gig - while we were in line. Flat tire within a couple hours of driving, roadside assistance thought we were in Jamaica the country, car smelt strongly of smoke, not even a key drop off in the am; had to wait and be checked out - only one fellow there so it was a line!

Counter personnel refused to serve me.
Positiv: Great price on the car rental!
Negativ: Laura at the rental counter simply refused to serve me. I had a reservation number. Didn’t matter—I was refused service. I went over to the budget counter and they were willing to rent me my car (apparently Avis and budget share the same computer system).
