Long line at checkin and very few cars. Mostly vans and trucks. Car was dirty and had greasy stains on all the touch points. That said, everyone I dealt with was friendly. Drop off in Pittsburgh was great.Bewertet am 20. Juli 2023

Huge lines at the counter. The car was rented to me dirty and without a full tank of gas. When I called customer service I was put on hold and ultimately hung up on. I gave the car back and am still fighting the charges. Awful experience.Bewertet am 16. Juli 2023

Rental pick up was not at the airport but 25 miles away which meant I had to Uber at a cost of $50 to pick up the car. Also, I had to return the car here which meant I had to drop everyone off at the airport and take an hour to return the car plus get a friend to take me back.Bewertet am 26. Juni 2023

Avis had no cars available. The reservation I made through Kayak was considered a request only. I was called one hour before the scheduled pick up time and the Avis car rental person notified me they had nothing to rent to me. I was left stranded. Thanks Avis and Kayak! #winningBewertet am 30. I selected this particular Avis location to rent from because Kayak indicated that the truck I wanted was at that location...but when I got to the office the next day to pick it up, they said that they don't have any trucks! They put me into an SUV which turned out to be big enough for my needs but could have been a disaster.Bewertet am 21. Juli 2022
