Extremely negative experience. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Avis did not have it. They had no cars available for me, in fact, and I was stranded. Later a car was available at more than triple the reservation rate. Highly unethical.Bewertet am 3. Aug. 2023

Make sure to inspect your rental has been cleaned before you leave the facility regardless of the time of day. I picked up a car around midnight and didn’t noticed that there was blood on the window controls and steering wheel until the next morning.Bewertet am 23. Sept. 2022

Book a rental to be picked up at Lubbock TX airport. Got to the airport and AVIS said it’s on a different location. Told AVIS employee if I can get the car at the airport and she said I have to pay $200 more. Ask if I they can take me to the other location. She said they stop doing that because of COVId. Ended up getting UBER to go to the other location. Not a great experince!Bewertet am 5. Feb. 2022
