There was no one at the desk when I picked the car up. So I had to wait 20 mins. I was told that I could drop the car back at 4pm on Sunday and it was closed. I am grateful that Cheryl who was on the desk when I dropped it the next day was helpful and said she’d take the extra day off. I have not received the closing account as yet, so I don’t have any idea whether that was the case. The Prius was very nice and the staff were courteous.Bewertet am 11. Nov. 2022

Was easy like it was supposed to be. Car was stored outside, so was a little dirty from the weather. Picked up the car and noticed after drove away that it wasn't completely full, but didn't bother going back for a couple of dollars of gas.Bewertet am 23. Aug. 2022

Excellent service at check in, pleasant. The car was impeccably cleaned; the first in a long time with zero old cigarette smell. We were surprised to see an extra $200 added to our charge card but found it to be a refundable deposit. It would be good to hear that up front! I told the attendant when I picked up the car that I did not want to pay for gas because I would fill it up myself before I dropped it off at the airport. I returned the car at the airport with a full tank of gas. When I got my e-receipt, they had charged me for a tank of gas. The attendant blatantly lied and now I am trying to resolve it with customer service. I will never use Avis again.Bewertet am 7. Jan. 2022
