Positiv:: Great location, very central, high quality accommodation - bed & bedlinens, large beautifully appointed room, large bathroom with good shower, wifi, amenities. Staff on reception and in restaurant were warm, friendly, welcoming and really knew their individual roles in the hospitality industry.

Positiv:: Perfect central location close to city hall and the continental market, and right next door to the grand opera house. Hotel was spotless and staff were very welcoming, will definitely be back

Positiv:: Excellent staff: everybody very helpfull, a groom bring me to my room at the arrival, and show me how everything should be used (light for example). Always somebody here just to help. Location in the center of the city, with many nice restaurants around at walking distance.

Positiv:: topmodern, mit moderen Designerzimmern und einer freundlichen Atmosphäre, die einen zum wiederkommen einlädt.Das Restaurant ist eines der besten in Nordirland und die Lage nicht zu uebertreffen, neben der Oper und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Shoppingzone und zur City Hall.

Positiv:: Sehr gute Zimmerausstattung,Mitarbeiter freundlich,hilfsbereit und kompetent.Sehr gute Bettqualität(nicht immere der fall auch bei luxus Hotels)Perfekte Lage für Stadtzentrum.

Positiv:: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, alles ging schnell und reibungslos. Das Zimmer war top, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war auch sehr viel Platz im Zimmer für ein Stadthotel. Das Bad in top Zustand, mit sehr großer Dusche UND einer Badewanne. Der Concierge war sehr freundlich, half uns bei der Orientierung und hatte einige gute Tipps (Black Taxi Tour - ein Muss, es lohnt sich!) parat. In ca. 5 Min ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum (Shoppingzentrum, Rathaus etc.), trotz der direkt am Hotel vorbeiführenden Hauptstrasse sehr ruhig, es war im Zimmer zu keinem Zeitpunkt Straßenlärm zu hören. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Positiv:: Was very good - no fridge in room and I had insulin injection - bit kept it cool in bathroom in water! A mini fridge would be a good option and offered when you arrive , even at a nominal cost!! Breakfast was really good! I have booked up again for July 2019 as i like the hotel and it's location however it is very expensive!

Positiv:: sehr große und helle zimmer, bad super, service okay und sehr sauber ruhige lage leider etwas schwer zu finden und aber zentral alles gut zu fuß zu erreichen.

Positiv:: -freier Parkplatz in der Nähe (einem Parkhaus) vorhanden. Sehr bemühtes Personal. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und man hat, "thejohnhewitt.com" gleich um die Ecke um gemütlich zu Essen und einen Pint zu Trinken.

Positiv:: Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und modern eingerichtet. Ein Nachteil war die fehlende Klimaanlage und Fenster gingen für's Lüften nicht weit genug auf (typisch irisches Problem) und ein nicht so schöner Blick auf den Tiefgaragenkomplex. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und weiter zu empfehlen.

Positiv:: Food very good and free secure car parking is excellent touch. This is our second stay in 7 weeks and will not be our last. My daughter and partner has also stayed here recently

Positiv:: great location just at the back of St Ann's Cathedral. Lots of beautiful restaurants in the area. Only a 10 minute walk into Victoria Square. Room was immaculately clean and the bathroom was very well designed. Free parking was a real bonus! Will definitely be back!
