Positiv:: Dieses Hotel ist Dublins Juwel! Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und gut gelegen nur wenige Minuten (sehr sicher) zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants und Reiseanbietern. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, sachkundig und sehr professionell. Alle ihre Empfehlungen waren super. Dieses Hotel kann ich voll empfehlen.

Positiv:: Sehr modernes Hotel, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum ( ca 15-20 Min. Gehzeit). Netter Empfang, schönes ruhiges u großes Zimmer mit zwei Kingsize Betten, vielen Kissen, großes Bad mit separater Wanne und Dusche, tolles Frühstück, große Auswahl - sogar Capuccino war erhältlich!! Vom Hotel zum Flughafen mit Taxi ca EUR 20,--, Fahrtdauer ca 25 Minuten (je nach Tageszeit).

Negativ:: A thief took my mobile 300 feet away from the hotel in the reiver sidewalk I follow the thief I call the, police they keep asking me is he still There my answer was yes after four hours They come and side to me goodluck.!!!! The manager of hotel did his best . But the thief have my phone.

Negativ:: Türkarten deaktivieren sich sobald man in die Nähe eines Smartphones oder IPad kommt mit dem Ergebnis dass man nicht den Aufzug nutzen kann und das Hotelzimmer verschlossen bleibt. Sehr viele Gäste haben das Problem. Frühstücksbestellungen kommen entweder gar nicht, zu spät oder unvollständig. Musste ständig etwas beim Nachbartisch nehmen z.B. Tasse, Zucker, Besteck sonst hätte ich gar nicht Frühstücken können. Frühstücksbuffet - Auswahl eher einfach und lieblos

Positiv:: Since we were attending a concert at the Bord Gais, this was absolutely the perfect location. Everything about this hotel was first class from the moment we arrived to the time we left - rooftop bar was brilliant, they even supply blankets for cold summer nights! Never ate there but the Brasserie menu looked delicious. However the highlight of the stay had to be the beds - as my wife said, like sleeping inside a giant marshmallow - the most comfortable bed ever!

Negativ:: Schade, dass man kein Fenster für Frischluft öffnen kann.

Positiv:: Everything! The staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly. The facilities were wonderful. Loved the spa area and especially loved the complimentary rooftop yoga!

Positiv:: Lage ist sehr gut und das Hotel hat meiner Meinung nach eine wunderschöne Lobby! Der Blumenschmuck ist jedes Mal faszinierend!

Negativ:: Das Frühstück ist nicht inkludiert, und das bei diesen hohen Preisen! Was mich stört ist, dass von Jahr zu Jahr weniger geboten wird, die Preise jedoch steigen.

Positiv:: This is the best hotel in Dublin. Super chic, amazing location, friendly staff, everything you want is there for you. Plus two amazing restaurants and a bar. We stayed at 3 places in Dublin during our trip but kept going back to the westbury. Would recommend to anyone staying in Dublin.

Positiv:: The overall experience was great. From the welcome at arrival to the simple offering of a cold bottle of water on checkout. All staff made us feel welcome and at home.

Positiv:: Nach Startschwierigkeiten (Lampe im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, Minibar war verschlossen, Wasser lief zu Beginn braun aus der Dusche) die aber alle kompetent und freundlich behoben wurden, war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Lage des Hotels absolut super und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Betten ein Traum. Leider schloss das Restaurant "Balfes" unten ausser Samstag Abend immer sehr früh, so blieb uns nur, wenn wir für einen Absacker nicht drinnen sitzen wollten, der Abstecher in nahegelegene Pubs, die dafür brechend voll waren.

Positiv:: Gorgeous hotel right next to St Stephen’s Green. I love everything about this property, especially the pool. I love how lavish and historical it is.

Negativ:: The hotel is outrageously expensive compared to the great value we get in lodging around Ireland. But it is still worth it for a couple of nights as a special treat!

Positiv:: The room was very nice and the bathroom was fabulous- almost as large as bedroom. Had a big tub and separate shower with heated towel rack. The area around hotel was nice with restaurants and pubs, on bus line to airport. Staff friendly and helpful.

Negativ:: Hotel restaurant a little pricey on wines but food good. We had to take a taxi to a lot of our destinations rather than walking.

Negativ:: Service could be more attentive in the bars and restaurants--wait times for menus, to take your order, to serve your order, were long and yet there were plenty of wait staff available.

Fürs Ein- und Auschecken anstehen. 25 Minuten Wartezeit für das Abholen des eigenen Fahrzeug (Vallet Parking). Durch Hochzeit Hotel übervoll. Würden um 22.35 durch „Turn Down Service“ geweckt. Keine Feedback Kultur. Für unsere negativen Erfahrungen hat sich niemand interessiert.

Negativ:: Die technischen Anlagen in den Bettengeschossen: keine Frischluftzufuhr der Lüftung, Sanitärausstattung (keine Brause mit Schlach, Duschvorhang) sind nicht mehr auf dem Stand der Zeit.

Negativ:: One thing when we arrived, the hotel didn't seem to have our booking which you should have confirmed with them, its not the fact that this was not done by yourselves, but the fact was, what if they did not have a room for us, but luckily they did, so we were disappointed in your service.. You will have to take that up with the hotel themselves in this matter. They said that our booking reference was not from their website & that we should have confirmed this ourselves, but why should we if we have it down in black & white that it was confirmed by booking.com

Negativ:: Die Beleuchtung war schlecht für zu schminken

Positiv:: Das Hotel ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für einen Besuch in Dublin. Es hat ausgezeichneten Service, sehr sauber und ein gutes Restaurant. Es liegt zwar nicht in der Nähe des Hauptortes des Nachtlebens, es gibt aber einen ausgezeichneten lokalen Pub, der 2 Blocks entfernt ist, und es liegt an der örtlichen Luas-Stadtbahnlinie, die einen schnellen Zugang zu den meisten Touristenattraktionen Dublins bietet.

Positiv:: It was a great hotel and had a great location. Short walk to the temple bar area but on the way, you will run into plenty other pubs, attractions and fun things to do in Dublin. Big rooms and great breakfast at the hotel as well. We really enjoyed this hotel

Negativ:: Es war ziemlich laut, da wir im 1. Stock waren und auf der Straßenseite. Es ist direkt eine Straßenbahn vorbei gefahren.

Negativ:: We have stayed before at higher floors, but we could hardly sleep in the room at the first floor due to extensive noise from trams, buses, etc in the street. We also experienced some annoying noise from some unidentified source from the inside, perhaps the ventilation system.

Negativ:: Was given a coupon for a complimentary glass of wine with my meal (that cost over €50) but wasn't allowed to use it to have a soft drink instead. Why not??? "Morrisons Sundae" was very expensive and didn't resemble the pictures on the menu. Room furnishing was a bit Ikea looking for the price of the hotel.

Positiv:: The staff was excellent. The location was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The rooms were amazing, including the bathroom. There were plenty of USB ports to charge my phone and I requested a USA power converter for my iPad, and it was in the room by the time I returned from breakfast.

Negativ:: The AC unit was a little loud when set to "high" fan. It was a bit difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry, since the shower curtain did not go around the entire tub, leaving parts of the shower exposed to splatter.

Positiv:: The room was very spacious and well-equipped. You could really rest and relax in it. This boutique-hotel is really nice and personnalized. The restaurant was convenient for the quick lunch and quiet dinner that we took during our stay.

Negativ:: On the whole, we were very satisfied.

Positiv:: The staff greeted us with a warm welcome, and were patient as we struggled through jetlag. They let us check bags, and because we came very early in the morning, contacted us as soon as our room was ready, so we could start exploring the city. Upon returning from a short trip elsewhere, they remembered us, and were just as welcoming on our second stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had modern designs with unique lighting. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything, but not noisy at all. We enjoyed our stay both times!

Negativ:: Everything was perfect, except for the price. We did think it was quite expensive for what we received. Sure it was a lovely hotel, but we've stayed in nicer for cheaper, with a better view even. However, it was booked last minute so may have been cheaper if booked sooner.

Positiv:: Staff arranged an early check-in as we were immediately attending the Nations Cup at the RDS. Incredibly responsive and attentive staff especially at the breakfast venue where they arranged to reserve our favourite booth for each breakfast. The Hotel has been recently refurbished and to an excellent standard. Top marks, if we return to Dublin it will be to The Conrad

Negativ:: hellhörige Zimmer: Türe zum Korridor, die nächtlichen Heimkehrer sind gut hörbar. Das Zimmer hatte eine Zwischentüre zum nächsten Zimmer. Diese Türe lässt ebenfalls sowohl den Gesang, das Gespräch und das Pfeifen der Nachbarn nachts erklingen.

Positiv:: The staff were exceptional. In fact everything about this hotel is outstanding. The staff are a credit to the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast is outstanding.

Positiv:: Excellent location and terrific staff who are attentive and fun. Also the beds are comfortable; deep tubs; tasty breakfasts! Special thanks to John and Gary at the front desk for all their help.

Negativ:: There didn’t seem to be a concierge on duty sometimes. However with smart phones it’s easy to find services and restaurants close by.

Positiv:: Die Zimmer waren riesig, das Personal war ganz auf dem Punkt, das Hallenbad war ein unerwarteter Vorteil. Die Bar ist die meiste Zeit voll, es macht Spaß, sich im Hotel auszuruhen.

Negativ:: Die Lage ist nicht ideal für Touristen. Es ist 30-45 zu Fuß von den meisten wichtigen Reisezielen entfernt, und die Taxis sind teuer. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt perfekt.

Negativ:: Food was just ok ,much higher standard required. Staff could be more in tune and more accommodating.

Positiv:: Very good location and generally friendly and helpful staff. We had lunch in the Lobby Cafe area - the Crab meal was lovely but the Pasta of the day was very disappointing. The waitress was excellent

Negativ:: Decor seemed somewhat tired and certainly was not up to expectations of 5 star venue. The Jacuzzi was out of order which was a great disappointment as we were looking forward to using this after a busy day spent at a conference in nearby RDS. There were 2 families using the swimming pool which meant no room for us to relax in the pool as it is quite small.

Negativ:: Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna and Steam Room outdated. Also, Sauna and Steam Room in changing rooms so can't use with partner. Jacuzzi wasn't functioning. No access to Netflix on the Smart TV in the Junior King Suite. Guinness not great but to be expected for a hotel.

Negativ:: I went to the restaurant at the lobby and was left waiting for 10 minutes due to some seminar on in the hotel. My son was with me at the time and was disappointed as I left without eating at the restaurant. We decided then to get a taxi and eat out in a restaurant near Sandymount Green. Also when using the shower in the bathroom for the kids the shower head kept falling off? No matter how many times it was fixed.

Positiv:: Saubere, moderne Zimmer, wo es an nichts fehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in der City. Man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Negativ:: Man hat keine Möglichkeit mit dem Auto am Hotel zu halten.

Positiv:: Liked how close to city centre.

Negativ:: Was not informed where to park had to drive around for 35 minutes, dropped off a passenger who went in to find out where to park as I made another circle. This was very frustrating.

Negativ:: After 9 days of b&b, strange going back to "classic" hotel where you are a number among many customers. Not the classic irish warm welcome.

Positiv:: Location was amazing! Only a short walk to shopping, tour buses and great restaurants. Temple Bar district is a 4 block walk across the bridge. The rooms are a little tight, but very comfortable with all the conveniences including an iron and hairdryer. Bed was comfortable and can be folded to make it suite like. Free breakfast had anything you would like! Very modern and up to date bar and technology area. Our first night we walked into Murray’s Pub. Food was fine, staff was great, and we saw Irish music and dancing. Outside sports bar was entertaining!

Negativ:: WiFi was not secure.

The room was ready when we arrived on a transatlantic flight early and it was very clean and it was kept clean by housekeeping throughout the week. Breakfast staff very polite and kept on top of items throughout the very busy morning breakfast rush-variety of breakfast items were very good.

Negativ:: Would like to have had a business center but this was not a big deal-just to print off our boarding pass but again not a big deal because we were able to check in at the airport and obtain printed copies.

Positiv:: Die Lage war wirklich TOP! Super zentral! Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Beginn des Ausgehviertels Temple Bar. Personal war sehr freundlich. Dreibettzimmer groß genug, Bad ebenso, alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, alles vorhanden, von Full Irish breakfast (hätte wärmer sein können), viel frisches geschnittenes Obst, Joghurt, Säfte, Käse, Wurst, Schinken, Kuchen, Toast,..Der dunkle Frühstücksbereich und die Rezeption sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich fand die Lage wirklich toll, war halt aber doch etwas lauter von den Pub´s in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Großes Plus: rund um die Uhr Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Äpfel und manchmal sogar Kuchen oder anderes süßes Gebäck!

Negativ:: The room is not very quiet as I expected, but I dont't think it's because the hotel doesn't consider my request about a quiet room, I think it is about the door! Doors seem very heavy and tight, they always give a loud noise every time being closed. That noise lasted throgh the first night, at the frequency of half an hour! I don't know who doesn't need to sleep at night, going in and out repeatedly. On the second night, a woman and a man were talking loudly(in the yard next to the reception) even at 2-4 o'clock AM!!!

Positiv:: At first we mistook the Temple Bar Hotel for The Temple Bar Inn. The staff at that reception informed us about the mistake and wished us good luck thus we were sceptical how the right accommodation would be. We were positively surprised by the nice and modern design of the Temple Bar Inn. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We forgot our plug converter and got two from the front desk without having to pay deposit. There was complimentary coffe/tea and biscuits in the lobby.

Negativ:: I missed some shelves/drawers in the room for our clothes. The water pressure in the shower was weak but this seems to be an overall issue in Ireland as that was the case in most accommodations (B&Bs) we stayed in. The price for the double room from Thursday to Friday without breakfast was quite high in my opinion but maybe that's because of Dublin and the central Location of the Temple Bar Inn.

Negativ:: There was some kind of casino nearby that was quite loud and the constant door slamming from near by rooms keeps you up and night. Also the light in the roof partially stays lit after you turn it off, it was like having a moon above your head.

Positiv:: We were looking forward to the full Irish breakfast and the hotel offers that and more. The location was perfect for exploring the Temple Bar area which is what we wanted as we were only in Dublin for one night.

Negativ:: The room was tiny with no view and we were glad we were there only one night. No printers available in the computer area to print off your boarding pass meant you had to email the attachment to the front desk which was frustrating as I'm not used to a PC (I'm a mac user).

Positiv:: A nice hotel in a good location not too far from the city center. Very nice beds and towels, everything felt new and clean. Restaurants and shops available close to the hotel. Friendly staff. The restaurant/lounge within the hotel was also very good!

Negativ:: For two days the cleaner forgot to refill the toilet paper, in the end we had to go and ask for some at the reception. Getting to the room from the main entrance took FOREVER. Even though we were on the first floor, we had to walk up and down two separate flights of stairs and go through approximately 5 closed doors (great when you're coming with luggage...) and several long corridors. The double bed only had one large duvet, we would have preferred two. The sound isolation wasn't great, we could hear our neighbors watching TV late at night.

Positiv:: Die Lage war gut, wenn man noch gut zu Fuß ist, ca. 30 min bis Temple bar. Es gibt aber auch einen Bus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und mit 6 EUR pro Person äußerst preiswert. Die Matratzen waren super.

Negativ:: Leider gab es nur ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Zur Nutzung des Rechners in der Internetecke der Lobby musste man jedesmal den Service rufen, da passwortgeschützt. Die Logik der Abgabe der beim checkin willkürlich ausgereichten Coupons beim Frühstück erschloss sich nicht. Es hätte gereicht, wenn man Zimmernummer und Anzahl der Personen genannt hätte. Nachschub von Kaffee etwas schleppend.

Negativ:: Given the price 199 euro I was disappointed with the size of the executive king room and view. The quality of the full Irish breakfast could have been better. Not freshly cooked. Not good value for money 15euro. The continental breakfast looked fantastic. In retrospect I should have checked before making decision

Positiv:: Although I didn’t stay here I booked it for my daughters 40th birthday, my 2 daughters loved everything this place had to offer and more and especially want to thank everyone for making the birthday memorable,. Mespil left card, chocolates and Prosecco, a lovely surprise, on their recommendation would recommend the Mespil

Negativ:: Ein nächtlicher Feueralarm ohne Grund wurde vom Hotelpersonal sehr schlecht begleitet.

Positiv:: Loved the location. Plenty of pubs with live music, very central.

Negativ:: Had room 103. Room was unusually small, could hardly open suitcases but had a huge bed. Not good. Bathroom door was not sealed, small shower, so water leaked all the way to the front door. Constantly had to wipe up water all over. I would suggest you fix this. We were not happy with the quality of your shower facility.

Positiv:: Excellent location in the middle of the Temple Bar area of Dublin. Definitely no car needed! Great restaurants and coffee shops just outside the doors. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful full breakfast buffet.

Negativ:: The view from our room consisted of warehouse roofs.

Negativ:: Dieses Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen, wenn man fortgehen will und einen kurzen Weg ins Bett möchte. Hier ist es sehr laut!

Positiv:: The hotel is well appointed. The location makes it an easy walk to many important sites in Dublin. Remember when you reserve there, it is in the Temple Bar area which has tons of tourists and noise. Interestingly, we were assigned a different area of the hotel on this visit and the room was quiet! The man at the hotel desk directed us to a lovely fun bar and restaurant, The Bank, on College Green. Although it was crowded, it was so much better than the pubs around Temple Bar.

Negativ:: Rooms 402-410 where we stayed last weekend in Dublin is super noisy (sounds like a band is playing directly outside the room.

Positiv:: Modern, clean, comfortable & excellent facilities. Only a one night stay, but I'd certainly recommend it if you want the vibrancy of Temple Bar!

Positiv:: The food and service impeccable. However the room lacked necessities such as a well lit mirror and storage. Our clothes mostly stayed in our suitcase apart from hanging dresses and shirt. The utility area was very cramped leading to boiling water being spilled. Apart from this the Morgan was great. Please amend your room facilities and we will be back

Positiv:: didn't have breakfast, but the meal the night before was very good. The front desk was very helpful and the shuttle was a life saver!
