Well I got my dates mixed up, which had me showing up to pick up my rental a week earlier than I had reserved it for. Lol. My bad! But the professional at the counter was still able to get me a rental anyway. Which was important, as I was there in Dayton without a car and needed to get back home in Columbus. So drop off was different from where I picked up the rental. Personnel at the drop off location was just a friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!Bewertet am 9. Sept. 2022

the women who were working in the front of the house for th 6 times that i walked into the building- were literally the worst at their job! i have never come into contact w an employee who could care less if they finished a sale or not. i had to leave and come back 6-7 times for another “task” that was failed to inform me over. my gosh i will never againBewertet am 20. When originally booking my rental car I selected Budget because it was available for pickup at the airport. Upon arrival I was told my car was at a downtown location. I took an Uber to the downtown location and it was closed. I never got the rental car. I was very disappointed in the execution and the lack of help when calling Budget's 24 hour service line.Bewertet am 7. Nov. 2021
