I didn’t rent a car in Melbourne, I rented a car in Port Canaveral only to find out they had no vehicles upon my arrival, and said I had to pick up my car in Melbourne. 45 minutes away….. without a car??Bewertet am 4. Mai 2023

They didn't have the van i reserved when i went to pick up. So 7 people with 3 suitcases had to squeeze in to a Arcadia. 2 suitcases had to go on laps. The wait time for pickup was ridiculously long. The lady who checked me in told me I didn't have to get gas when returning, that they'd charge me the same rate the gas was at the gas pump. When i returned it, they estimated my gas usage and charged me 9.90 a gallon!Bewertet am 25. Apr. 2023
