I was among many who had a reservation, but no car available. The staff was very friendly and tried to help. They did after some time come up with a smaller car, but they could not take my company card as it did not have my name but the company name. I have since opened a company account.Bewertet am 18. 1- The price I was quoted on PRICELINE WAS 853$ and when I looked at my cc statement u charged me $1200!!!!! WHY???? I had a copy of my reservation and quote with me… 2- The NAV SYSTEM did NOT WORK all the time. We had no radio either. 3- The tires were NOT FIT for rain and 4- I was very disappointed that when I brought the car back that I was NOT OFFERED A REBATE FOR THESE PROBLEMS WITH VEHICULE.Bewertet am 9. I reserved a small truck, but they didnt have any available. They tried to give me something else but i needed a truck. They did bring one from another lot. Not the one i reserved but similar. Took awhile for them to get the truck, and i was exhuasted from traveling all day. Not the best experience, but not the worst eitherBewertet am 4. Juni 2023

They gave me a Minivan, because they ran put of the economy, but for me thats not an upgrade. And the mini man was in terrible condition and it was dirty, I mean really dirty so I went back and change it, and they gave another minivan, this time was more clean. It was my first time with Budget, in the past I had National and Hertz and they are way better.Bewertet am 5. März 2023
