Rental office closed on Saturday and Sunday. We needed to be 150 miles away on Saturday evening for a Sunday tee time. Had to rent from another rental company as Enterprise at Eurgene airport had NO cars available - which we found out after standing in line for an hour. So did not use this rental and won't make reservations on it ever again.Bewertet am 24. Okt. 2022

Such great service and vehicle great but frustrating that there was not enough inventory at airport so we had to pick up vehicle downtown (I’m ok with that) but the charge to drop it back at airport was $100 (one time charge) when the airport is 16miles away. Busy corner and if you need to fill up stay right before you go to lot, cheap gas 1/2 a block up. Very nice employees and if I ever needed anything they would try to accommodate me.Bewertet am 5. Sept. 2021

Positiv:The staff was very friendly and the drop-off process was quick and easy.Negativ:Pickup took 50 minutes. I had a confirmed booking for an economy car, but after a long wait, I received a mini-van. Negativ:Told me they wouldn't do a pick-up or drop-off unless it was for an insurance claim. Ran my card for more than the agreed-upon amount causing it to be declined. Once I got that cleared up they said they can only run the card once per day. Asked if they can break a 20 so I can get change for the bus to go down to Avis, and they said they had no cash.
