Positiv:There was no one there at drop-off. We had to write down our mileage and go inside for to the rental office. We wanted a final statement but he said he would email it. 27 hours later, we still don't have it.Negativ:Do NOT give other locations if a person requests the airport rental. We rented from a down town agency without our knowledge. Didnt find out until our flight was delayed and we called to notify them and found out they closed at 5:00pm. Very worrisome and costly to have it changed last minute. NOT GOOD!!Bewertet am 30. Juni 2020
