Not sure I would use this company againPositiv: Picking up the car went very smoothly. Negativ: The car very was dusty inside and did not have windshield wiper fluid. When returning the car to the airport, there were no signs for Dollar Car rental. It was very confusing and stressful trying to return the car. I was never told that I was supposed to leave it in the Hertz rental car spot. It was also annoying providing a receipt showing that I refilled the car within 10 miles of the airport. The company should be able to turn on the car and see that the tank is full.
Negativ: To long a wait at counter.
Deceived paid a lot more then stated by kayakNegativ: I paid a lot more then what kayak stated,They make you feel your in a used dealership the person will even charge you satellite radio if he can, and be careful with the insurance coverage make sure you read carefully or they'll make up inf. just to sell insurance very disappointed with Dollar rent a car and kayak

undisclosed charge for early returnNegativ: I was dinged $25 on a $75 rental for returning the vehicle early. The clerk made no mention of that although she did tell me that "if you come back early you can put the keys here". No more Dollar for me.
Negativ: Even I made a reservation and everything was certified company has not provided a vehicle they told me that I will try tomorrow and in any case they would not honor the price I had already

Different vehicleNegativ: Had reserved a small pickup. All they had were full size pickups. They did compensate me.
Enterprise employees are motivated.Positiv: Employees are energetic, engaging, trained to give good service.
Appreciated the upgrade too. Locations of stores are convenient. Staff allowed me to return at a different location without charge.Negativ: I experienced no problems with staff, the process or the car.

Positiv: I was assisted by Management Trainee D. Vargas, who was professional, polite and personable. At the conclusion of the instructions we all receive at car rental desks, she took the extra step of attaching her business card to the paperwork,inviting me to call her personally with any questions.
Bad experience - Positiv: Nicole V. that works at Brownsville airport enterprise is one of the best. She was so sweet & nice she upgraded me to a bigger car for the same price and knowing that it was my birthday she gave me advice as where to go and did the follow up by calling me 2 days after to know if I am happy with my car...Negativ: The windshield was getting foggy from the outside not the inside so I could not really see sometimes as I'm driving. Weird noise coming from the outside area of the right wheel as I'm driving on the highway I had to stop few times going back to the airport that made me miss my plane and it seems enterprise cannot do anything or that matter... they did not give me more refund all they did is gave me a day refund and no need to fill car with gas but I still had to fill it 10$ to drive it. I was kind of disappointed by the manager decision not to to give more refunds or credits or coupons for the future rental .
Better Than GreatPositiv: The whole experience of renting from Enterprise out of the Brownsville Airport was outstanding. The customer service was beyond compare.
Work on your customer service Positiv: Drop off was quick and easyNegativ: I was not very satisfied with the customer service that I received picking up the vehicle. The gentleman did not seem like he wanted to help me out. His appearance wasn't sloppy. When I reserved the vehicle online I had wanted a sedan instead I got a truck. I asked the gentleman if he had any other vehicles, without offering any other options he just told me, no. After checking the vehicle he then had me sign the agreement and before getting in the vehicle he told me, "oh yeah it's almost on E so you'll need to put gas in it." Extremely inconvenient to deal with it. Was not satisfied with he service in the least bit and will not be renting from them again.
