Horrible serviceNegativ: When i got to the Budget desk the clerk was not there, he was in the parking lot inside a vehicle speaking to his wife on the phone (i overheard they were talking about dinner). When i asked about my confirmed reservation he told me he didn't know why Kayak let me book a car in the first place because he didn't have any available. I had to rent from another company for a way higher price than what i had reserve from.
Insurance cost higherNegativ: When you pick up car at Europcar they force you to buy insurance and the cost is increased by double, even if I pay with American Express that give me full coverage
