Positiv: cheap deal
Negativ: It had snowed hours earlier in Denver but not one of the cars were scrapped. There was no snow scrapper in the cars. I asked one of 5 staff standing around (all with scrappers in their hands) for a scrapper. Not once did they offer to help. They seemed afraid of the snow. After I scrapped the snow it was fine. It helped me to be able to drop off at a location other than the airport.

Negativ: They were rude, had misinformation, charged me like quadruple my reservation price, and lied about drop off time and charged me an extra hundred bucks.

Positiv: I like the car, loaded Ford Fusion hybrid.
Negativ: Customer service needs to concentrate more on education of the customer instead of trying to get them out of the door. They know once we leave we are no longer their problem. Charged 300 for a cleaning feee I was never told about, sent a receipt for 468 only for them to take 770 off of my card.
