Truly, HERTZ IS THE BEST car rental company. I have rented from Budget, Dollar, National and my experience has been disastrous. With the only exception of Enterprise which has been decent. You pay a little more with Hertz but the way they treat you, trust you, WOW! In and out in a flash and also better quality cars. With the cheaper companies you pay less (in many cases a little less) but the lines, the problems the filling up forms, etc makes it Not Worth it!Bewertet am 4. Mai 2022

The vehicle was clean but had a strong offensive perfume odor that was off putting. We used some essential oils on cotton to counteract. The check out process was quick, friendly and efficient. The price was high, probably because of Covid and demand.Bewertet am 21. Aug. 2021

They cancelled the RESERVATION a week before arrival. Never mind I made the RESERVATION about 2 months in advance. If they don’t know what a RESERVATION is, perhaps they should stop taking RESERVATIONS.Bewertet am 20. Juli 2021
