They charged me an erroneous fee of $19.99 for an “Inter-City” drop off… that I’d rented one place but was dropping the car elsewhere. This wasn’t true - at all. They’ve not rectified the situation.Bewertet am 16. Mai 2023

Had a horrible customer service experience at the counter (long 45 minute wait) and then had problem with booking. They offered little help or assistance at the local counter. National call center was also of no help or support -- very long wait times and poor customer service experience. The company texted me half an hour before my reservation time, which I had already pre-paid for, telling me that they did not have any cars available. They did not automatically offer to refund me and I had to call Hertz corporate to get a proper refund.Bewertet am 22. März 2023

I had a confirmed reservation for a rental car after my car broke down on a highway in Louisville. When i arrived to pick it up so I could drive hime to Indianapolis, I was told they had no cars.
