Made reservation at the Madison, WI Odana beach to get there and for them to rudely tell me there was no vehicle so I was stranded. They proceeded to tell me this happens all the time and there was nothing they could do.Bewertet am 13. Juli 2023

I made reservations 4 months in advance for my rental car when I got off the plane and arrived at the Hertz counter I was told ..it wS credit card only...I did not have my credit card with me...they informed me they didn't take visa debt bank card in a panic I went to enterprise and they were happy to take my 1,900.00 from my debt card I would never recommend HertzBewertet am 8. Rental agent was efficient and courteous, we opted to return vehicle with a full tank of fuel but when we received it it was less than 3/4 full, we didn’t question it as we had already left facility.Bewertet am 6. Jan. 2023

Both pick up and drop off times were when the offices were technically closed! We barely got the car picked up before the employee left for the day.
