I asked for a regular car and got an electric car. I had to do a 4 hour drive. Midway through my journey, the electricity ran out and I had to charge the car for 1.5 hours, which caused a severe delay. I tried to call hertz but there was not one to talk to and I received no assistance. I had to charge the car again before returning it to the agency, which caused a further delay in my journey. I was very disappointed and will not rent a car again from Hertz.Bewertet am 25. Feb. 2023

It was hard to find the location without a sign. Who knew the office was off the lobby? Initially, no employee was in the office and we had to wander around to find him or her. Gas powered car (which is what we reserved and the reason we were renting) was not available so we had to wait for an hour. Car was economy so wasn’t great. Hertz store was closed due to MLK day; however, the system still allowed me to reserve a car on that date. Disrupted plans, and I had to find out alternate quickly. I ultimately canceled my reservation, which consumed unnecessary time as well/ The Kayak and Hertz site should accurately display dates for pick up and account for holidays. Negativ:The rental cars office closes at 12pm. We booked a rental at 12pm, but no one told us we have to be there exactly on time or earlier. We got to the rental station a bit after 12. Everything was closed, we had to get a rental somewhere else for a ridiculous expensive last minute price. You should tell püeople that the rental car station in Los Altos closes at 12pmBewertet am 30. Mai 2021

Positiv:Daniel was awesome. I didn’t realize this location closed early. When he going out I was going to be late he waited for me. The entire team at this location is 5 stars.
