Flight was delayed. Hertz where I had the reservation was closed by the time I arrived. Hertz airport location wouldn’t honor the reservation price nor would they credit the money toward the new reservation. Wasn’t able to reach kayak either. Misleading pick up location we wanted airport and kayak mislead us to another location which had no shuttle to and from airport this spending more money and time figuring out how to pick up car. Spoke with agent and said many people are having this issue with 3rd party agents . We live in St.Paul, MN. We rented the car because we were going to Hartford, CT. Got to the car rental at Bradly Airport and were told the car was in ST. Paul. Had to rent another car in Hartford. Hope I'm not exspected to pay for the car in St. Paul. Was unable to get in touch with KAYAK on this matter.Bewertet am 16. Aug. 2021
