The address doesn’t show up accurately. There is no way to call the actual location. When I told the staff about the address issue they could care less. The car was mediocre and the windshield wipers were not good.Bewertet am 10. Juni 2022

I am still not sure why when I rented the car for less than 24 hours I was charged twice for insurance. Also, I do not understand the 338.00 fee that popped up after I picked up my car from Hertz when I was expecting to see 137.00.Bewertet am 9. März 2022

They didn't properly checked me in and checked me out then they told me i had the car for another 11 days after I returned it. They are very difficult to resolve the issue. Plus there is a big communication gap between the corporate and local office. I will never rent from Hertz!Bewertet am 8. Okt. 2021

Two days before pickup, I got a text saying my vehicle was out of stock for the rest of the year. No alternative, no explanation, no response. Scrambled for another rental, and had to look past the same unavailable rental as it kept showing as available on kayak and hertz. A new profit center based on cancellation fees? At the beginning everything was perfect: I choose what I wanted, was available, location close to me, rental price more then satisfying. So I made the reservation, and was confirmed! Couple hours later reservation was denied- nothing available until the end of the year!!!? And they not responded at all, as they said when I had confirmation of the the cancelation!!! Still waiting for the money to go back in my account! Extremely disappointed!!!Bewertet am 10. Juli 2021

Positiv:Morning staff was friendly.Negativ:No receipt given. Contacted the general customer number who said they would email it 5-10 minutes. It never arrived. They never did. NO RECEIPT. Not the day of. Not the day after. NBewertet am 10. Feb. 2021
