Positiv:The online rental experience was excellent.Negativ:I was helped within 5 minutes of arrival. It took 1 1/2 hours to pick up the rental. Positiv:Friendly and helpful staff a Hertz location at Wichita Eisenhower National Airport.Negativ:This car rental was similar to two other car rentals I have experienced in Wichita during the past two months. Enterprise, Avis and Hertz all promised a minivan or large suv. Enterprise cancelled on me one day before I needed the rental, telling me two renters had not returned vehicles. Avis and Hertz only had smaller capacity vehicles available. It seems there exists a bait-and-switch approach to car rentals in Wichita, Kansas.Bewertet am 29. Apr. 2021
