Positiv:: Absolutely gorgeous old-fashioned decor, it is steeped in history. Also the bed is so comfortable ! Supportive but with a beautifully soft mattress topper. A range of pillows to choose from and extra blankets for winter. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Positiv:: Liebte Angie. Sie war so hilfsbereit. Wir waren ursprünglich in einem Zimmer in der Nähe des Aufzugs untergebracht (an dem gerade Arbeiten erfolgten). Sie hat uns geholfen, uns ein anderes Zimmer zu finden (und weil wir in Eile waren und das Anwesen schnell verlassen mussten, hat sie sogar unser Gepäck und unsere Sachen für uns ins andere Zimmer bringen lassen). Wir kamen in ein neues Zimmer mit all unseren Sachen, die schön ausgelegt waren und sehr nettes Geschenk mit einer Notiz, um sich für die ursprünglichen Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen. Sehr freundlich und professionell.
