I loved the sewiev from 1st floor, because we had a marvellous nice own patio and the first floor there is parket floor in every room. The breakfast was magnificant! Everything was so fresh, particularry fruits and juice. You could also enjoy every morning sparklingwine wich was luxorious. We loved our holiday in Rheina Isabel.

Positiv:: Ich kannte das "Reina Isabel" von früheren Reisen nach Las Palmas. Habe im Hotel im Jahr 2002 Silvester gefeiert aber dort nicht übernachtet. Ich war vom Hotel begeistert und habe daher jetzt für eine Woche gebucht. Die Lage ist die beste am Canteras Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert. Da ich einen Mietwagen hatte, war ich angenhm überrascht über den kostenlosen Parkplatzservice. Ich hatte zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht. Bei der Buchung waren nur noch Zimmer mit Stadtblick frei. Zu meiner Freude bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick ohne Extrakosten. Auch der Strandservice betreff Liegen war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und Superauswahl.

Positiv:: We arrived late at night and were given a room on the 20th floor. When we awoke next day we couldn't believe the view over Las Palmas beach & harbour area. The restaurant was on another floor above us & the meal we had was excellent in fact it was the best meal we had during our 10 days in Gran Canaria. At the vey top of the hotel there is an outdoor swimming pool with the same incredible views over Las Palmas

Very clean, housekeeping responded immediately to extra towel request, free mini bar was restocked daily! Views are spectacular. Gym is small and equipment could use and updgrade but extras like the steam room and showers and a stocked water cooler offset that. I would recommend this for business or leisure. Not really a family place, which is nice for those of us who do not travel with children. Close to both the port and the beach at Las Canteras. Great mall right across the street for late night browsing

Positiv:: This hotel is well above an average 3-star Spanish hotel. Staff were very helpful. My room was big and with a huge balcony/terrace with partial view on the ocean. Although there are so many restaurants and bars all around, noise is no problem. Location is ideal, some 50 metres from where the beach starts. Windsurfers will just have to walk north some 10 minutes to reach a point where waves are higher.

The man at the reception didn´t speak with us at the check-in and the check-out, the rooms were old and dirty, the shower horrible, very noisy, breakfast poor. Only the entrance was nice, and the fotos on the internet. And thanks to a congress and an event all the hotels were full, so we could not go to another hotel!

Positiv:: We stayed here for two weeks, and the location is superb. 30 meters to the beach, and just a short walking distance to all the (three) shopping malls in the city. Lots of boutiques and grocery shops nearby. The cleaning staff was excellent, and of 5 star standard. The roof is excellent for sunbathing anfd the pools are clean. Excellent coffeemachine on the 7th floor.

On one aspect the Hotel beats many others, its view over the Canteras beach is splendid. A good chance to do some much needed exerciese for me. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with all kinds of colourful Spanish type small and big restaurants, a big supermarket and tourist shops very close.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist unschlagbar, für mich ist Las Canteras der beste Strand der Insel. Wer allerdings Touristenhochburgen liebt, sollte in den Süden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig mit Safe, TV und Minibar (ich hatte zwei Betten im Einzelzimmer), der Blick aufs Meer, auch vom Frühstücksraum aus war wunderschön, habe sehr gut geschlafen und fühlte mich absolut sicher.
