Positiv:: We stayed at this hotel for part of our honeymoon in July. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and our room was upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The staff also sent treats to our room and decorated it beautifully for us. We could not have asked for anything more. The attention to detail and service from all of the staff was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave but we hope to return again in the future for another memorable experience.

We loved to stay at this hotel and we definitely come back !

There are so much selections in the breakfast. We could also visit the Ciragan Palace which now is a part of the hotel. It is a very comfortable hotel for relaxing. We love it and it could be our must choice if we come to Istanbul again.

Negativ:: The overall stay experience was quite below expectations. We had booked a partial bospherous view, but their was no view, only from one corner of the room, with great effort, you could see the bospherous and paid a huge premium for it. The check in at the reception was quite weird, this girl at the reception (Safina), said she wanted to make our stay memorable and was upgrading us to a bospherous view room, given that it was our first time in Istanbul and showed us the room also and then wanted to charge an extra 300 euros + taxes for the upgrade?? like really. If we wanted to spend that money we would have booked it ourselves right?? we would not be waiting to come to the hotel and be told that we are upgrading , (which means complimentary gesture at most hotels) and then ask for money. We didn't ask for it!!! SO that was putting off. We were getting the kempenski hotel for the same price, it would have been a much better option, as location is far superior.

Die Lage ist süper in der nähe von Kalamis Marina weit weg von Touristen trouble aber die Sehenswürdigkeiten trotzdem schnell zu erreichen. Ferien in Ferien Gefühl. Speziellen dank an Frau Ege Inal als Executive Housekeeper die sich persönlich um unsere Fragen gekümmert hat. Ebenfalls danke an Bell Captain Saffet Kirmaci und an gesamte Personel deren Namen ich nicht einzeln aufführen kann.

Negativ:: - Imagine you deal with reception in poor english ,you have to learn Turkish before you book there - I have to call reception three time daily to fix AIr condition in my rooms (i booked 2 rooms for my family) even room rate was very high (almost 1000 TL per night) - too late too check in & check out - i pay full amount ( 12,200 TL ) for my stay (7 nights) while checking out reception stuff asked me to pay 1,600 TL according to different in rate $. - the hotel in Asia part of Istanbul so i have to pay 180-200 TL daily to go to visit Europe part (most good tourist attraction places in Europe. - Roof pool not allowed for families , interior pool is closed and not good so my family had to go to ground outdoor pool.

Positiv:: The views were fantastic, we had the corner Bosphorus view which was lovely, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel has some great facilities available. Even if you do not have a Bosphorus view you can enjoy it from the restaurants and the 16th floor bar. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay, we would recommend this hotel.
Negativ:: We would suggest that the hotel open up a shortcut from the main road. Whilst we were staying there was a wedding on the Sat & Sun night, the music cut of at midnight and it was very loud and we could not sleep until after it was finished.

Positiv:: Great hotel in a very good location. It is situated in the European side of Istanbul, so its less crowdy and noisy compared to the old city of Istanbul in the east side. The fitness center is one of the best i have ever been to. It has everything you can imagine. And all is for free (except the massages).
Negativ:: We had to pay 20 euro / day for internet. Based on Turkey prices it is very expensive. And i think that such a great hotel should provide internet for free to its customers.

Positiv:: Die Lage des Hotels und somit die Aussicht auf dem Bosporus sind Fabelhaft. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr bemüht um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
Negativ:: Die Erste Nacht wurde uns ein Standardzimmer gegeben obwohl ein Executive Double gebucht war. Das war ein Downgrade wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe! Nachdem wir unseren Standpunkt mehr als deutlich erklärt haben, wurde uns für die folgenden 2 Nächte das gebuchte Zimmer gegeben. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie wären Früchte und Blumen im Zimmer zu erwarten gewesen, die bei uns leider gefehlt haben. Dennoch möchte ich die Breitschaft des personals unterstreichen diese unannehmlichkeiten zu beheben. Uns wurde bei der Abreise 20% Discount für die erste Nacht gegeben und die beanspruchte Zimmerservice und minibar Leistungen geschenkt. Somit waren wir wieder zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Mit dem Taxi kostet es 5 TL zur Station, zu Fuß ist es nicht so toll, weil an der Straße, aber auch nur 15 Min.

There is a sauna, steam room and gym, which is quite nice after a day of walking the city. Overall, a great place to stay.

I asked for a refund and instead they gave me a bigger room which was not what I wanted. I thought that you had a good coffee in the morning since I couldn't sleep but the coffee machine was not functioning. so I thought I would have some good eggs and bacon but they were so late but I had to leave breakfast without eating them. Note that the breakfast is charged €20. Had to iron a shirt but the iron is so cheap that I couldn't plug it into the wall - it was losing all its water on the floor anyway. Thought I would go to the swimming pool but they charge 35 euros for very cheap and ugly swimsuits that I would have thrown away coming home.

Positiv:: Sehr gutes und aufmerksames Personal während des Frühstücks. Frühstück an sich (Auswahl des Angebots) sehr überzeugend! Wir haben einen Lounge-Zugang dazu gebucht, was im Nachhinein sehr zu empfehlen ist!
Negativ:: Rechnung wurde erst nach 3-4 Tagen auf mehrmalige Nachfrage elektronisch übermittelt. Schlimmer war, dass wir feststellen mussten, dass ca. 10% des Rechnungsbetrages zu viel berechnet wurde. Wir sind noch dabei den zuviel bezahlten Betrag zurückerstattet zu bekommen. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Stadt und in einem wunderschönen Land, nur überschattet leider das negative Erlebnis im Hinblick auf die Rechnungsabbuchung des Hotels die positiven Erfahrungen, zumal man im Urlaub sich nicht um die Rückerstattung von Rechnungsbeträgen bemühen möchte.
