Positiv:: Loved our deluxe suite room that had sliding doors which kept each room very quiet even when watching tv with the volume turned up in one room. The push button controls were really cool for the lights and privacy settings. Enjoyed the free breakfast at Atrio and the friendly service from everyone there especially the host. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and were able to accommodate a late checkout of 2pm for us. Appreciated the unique designs and architecture of the hotel. Liked that it was located right next to the World Trade Center, and of course Shake Shack. Liked using the exercise room and business center which were very clean and well maintained. Overall it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Zimmer: klein, aber Standard für New York City. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder auf zukünftigen NYC Reisen.

Positiv:: Herausragend ist die Lage des Hotels, der Meatpacking District ist sehr spannend. Ebenso ist der gegenüberliegende Chelsea Market sehr empfehlenswert. Die zum Hotel gehörende Gastronomie bietet eine sehr stylische Terrasse und ist insbesondere am Abend gut besucht.

Positiv:: Gute Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr ansprechend. und die Zimmer sind auch angenehm.

Positiv:: Die Zimmer sind ordentlich eingerichtet und sauber, leider etwas klein. Dafür jedoch sehr zentral im Meatpackig District, vieles kann zu Fuss oder mit U-Bahn erreicht werden.

Positiv:: The location was perfect, close to the West Village, Chelsea market, subways. The room was very quiet, clean and well organized. The outdoor patio bar was excellent, very friendly. Also liked the restaurant with breakfast on the patio. Would definitely stay there again.

Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, einschließlich Bademantel, verschiedenen Badezimmerprodukten, Haartrockner, gut bestücktem Minibar Kühlschrank und Snacks (gegen Aufpreis). Solides wlan.

Positiv:: Das Personal an der Rezeption war großartig! Das Bad war geräumig - riesig für die NYC-Standards und die Wandpapier ist wunderschön! Das Bett war sehr komfortabel!!

Positiv:: This hotel has been on my list of places to stay since it opened up so I was very excited to finally get here, albeit maybe 10 yrs later... The decor was beautiful and the staff were all excellent. This includes valet and maids that you pass in the halls.

Positiv:: Every Associate we encountered was excellent; very warm, helpful and accommodating. Our 10th floor room was cozily decorated in darker tones and neutral accents. The furnishings were appealing, well built, and fitted to the room with adequate room to maneuver throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable and we left it each morning feeling rested and recharged. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and was supplied as expected for this level of Accommodation. (I have managed hotels and know first hand that, even the appearance of clean, is impossible on white porcelain and ceramic tile. Exterior noise from inside the building went mostly unnoticed; city noise was acceptable without the a/c fan running but we set it to blow continuously and the city outside mostly faded away (A/C blew worked excellent). Amenities are as advertised; the lounge atmosphere and appearance brings to mind an image of a1920's / 30's sitting parlour - comfortable, elegant, and well suited for drinks, work, meeting a coworkers or friends. On the weekend we stayed, the lounge was fused with music of the runway, the city and SoHo. It was an excellent kickoff for our evening with friends. The location could not have been better for us; subway - entrance on same block; restaurants - all around; cabs - always;

Gute Lage in Lower Manhattan und in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Freundliches Personal, das wirklich versucht, hilfreich zu sein. Ungewöhnlich kleines, aber perfekt ausreichendes Zimmer. Gutes Restaurant.

Positiv:: Dies ist ein schönes Hotel mit kleinen, aber gut gestalteten Zimmern und einer wunderbaren Club-Lounge mit Blick auf die Innenstadt von NY bis hin zum Empire State Building. Es ist ein Sheraton und passt wirklich gut zur Marke Sheraton - also ist das, was man von einem Sheraton erwarten würde, vorhanden - und die schöne Club-Lounge.

Positiv:: Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren toll und so hilfreich! Sehr kleine Probleme (Licht brennt aus) wurden sofort behoben.

Positiv:: Tolle Lage in Soho. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und das Parken war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber und neu. Eine tolle Aussicht und sehr saubere Bettwäsche. Eine gute Matratze. Das Bad war neu und sauber. Das Zimmer war nicht groß, aber es war auch nicht teuer. Wir fanden es viel besser als das Soho Grand, dem man schon das Alter anmerkt.

Able to check in early and check out late this trip, which really helped our itinerary (was rushing into town to go straight to my workshop, so it was nice to check in quickly and be able to put bags in room instead of leaving with concierge). Also was able to upgrade to a king bed since my boyfriend came down with me last minute. Staff was super accommodating. Close to 1/2/3 and C/E trains, as well as a couple blocks from 6/N/R/Q/W trains, so it was easy to get around to east or west side. I'm a light sleeper and find these rooms to be on the quieter side (we were facing the back of hotel, which faces downtown).

The staff is always nice and I feel secure with security/ doormen present in the lobby. Bar has a cool vibe. Will be back again.
