Help you with anything you want and then let you know about their rooftop bar and assist you with whatever you need. Love this place. They should pay their staff more. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

Positiv:: Gute Lage inmitten von SOHO in der Nähe mehrerer Unternehmen. Leicht zu erreichen mit der U-Bahn. Attraktives Interieur mit industriellen Akzenten. Internationale Gäste und Mitarbeiter. Gutes Essen und Getränke in der Hotelbar und Lounge. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, einschließlich Bademantel, verschiedenen Badezimmerprodukten, Haartrockner, gut bestücktem Minibar Kühlschrank und Snacks (gegen Aufpreis). Solides wlan.

Positiv:: Das Personal an der Rezeption war großartig! Das Bad war geräumig - riesig für die NYC-Standards und die Wandpapier ist wunderschön! Das Bett war sehr komfortabel!!

Positiv:: This hotel has been on my list of places to stay since it opened up so I was very excited to finally get here, albeit maybe 10 yrs later... The decor was beautiful and the staff were all excellent. This includes valet and maids that you pass in the halls.

Positiv:: Every Associate we encountered was excellent; very warm, helpful and accommodating. Our 10th floor room was cozily decorated in darker tones and neutral accents. The furnishings were appealing, well built, and fitted to the room with adequate room to maneuver throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable and we left it each morning feeling rested and recharged. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and was supplied as expected for this level of Accommodation. (I have managed hotels and know first hand that, even the appearance of clean, is impossible on white porcelain and ceramic tile. Exterior noise from inside the building went mostly unnoticed; city noise was acceptable without the a/c fan running but we set it to blow continuously and the city outside mostly faded away (A/C blew worked excellent). Amenities are as advertised; the lounge atmosphere and appearance brings to mind an image of a1920's / 30's sitting parlour - comfortable, elegant, and well suited for drinks, work, meeting a coworkers or friends. On the weekend we stayed, the lounge was fused with music of the runway, the city and SoHo. It was an excellent kickoff for our evening with friends. The location could not have been better for us; subway - entrance on same block; restaurants - all around; cabs - always;

Positiv:: Sehr sauber, modern mit gutem Bett und Bettwäsche. Ich habe das Ladegerät und den Internetzugang sehr geschätzt. Gute Lage in Lower Manhattan und in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Freundliches Personal, das wirklich versucht, hilfreich zu sein. Ungewöhnlich kleines, aber perfekt ausreichendes Zimmer. Gutes Restaurant.

Positiv:: Wir fanden, dass das Personal hilfreich war. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet. Als wir auf ein kleines Problem mit den Aufzügen hingewiesen hatten, bekamen wir einen Checkout um 16 Uhr ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Wir werden definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir das nächste Mal nach NYC kommen!

Positiv:: Die Aussichten sind beeindruckend. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch und sind in der Nähe zu tollen Restaurants und Geschäften. Sehr lokale NYC-Atmosphäre.

Positiv:: Die Lage war großartig und es gab viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten für das Nachtleben. Die Bar und der Pool auf der Terrasse sind etwas, was man sich sicher auschecken kann.

Positiv:: Breakfast was mediocre. Dinner was ok but the wait staff needs to pay more attention to details. And the customer. When they delivered dinner they dropped the plates and disappeared. We didn't even have a chance to ask for silverware, which one of us was missing. We shared until we could get someones attention. Not an easy task here as they seem to go with the NYC theory, Don't make eye contact. When we were finished I asked the wait staff for our check (I hadn't seen our waitress in a while). We waited, and waited, and waited. I finally saw our waitress by the bar so I went over and asked for the check. All in all, a mediocre experience. The only plus is the location. I won't return. Not really worth the $$$.

Positiv:: I didn't do a ton of research on Hotel Indigo before booking my stay and arriving at the hotel. We were in NY for a wedding and we received a discounted room rate as negotiated by the groom. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is hip and clean and in a great location. The proximity to Katz's is worth it. There is also really great coffee in this neighborhood. Try Ludlow right across the street from the hotel or Cafe Vita only a few blocks south. I would say the due to the room rate discount we were pretty lucky with the price we paid as the hotel was booking around $500 per night (their regular fee). I would say that $500 is over priced for that hotel but $350 or lower is a great deal.

Positiv:: I rarely write reviews but our stay at Hoilday Inn LES was perfect as it was three blocks away from my family we were visiting. We booked two rooms for the price of one boutique hotel in the neighborhood. The rooms were clean and modern. I've stayed in luxury hotels like the Ritz and boutique hotels like the Kimptons. This Holiday Inn room reminded me of the W Hotel in San Francisco (size, style, etc. less one down comforter). The staff was always courteous and helpful. Free WiFi! could use their "e-room" to use computer or print boarding passes. Free complementary toiletries if you forgot something. Air conditioner was amazing. Showers and water pressure were awesome. Room was very quiet. This will be our go-to hotel from now on in NYC.

Positiv:: I used to live in the neighborhood- so it’s perfect for visiting and going to my fav haunts. The NoMo is always nice and clean, great views, quiet but close to the action. The staff is always nice and I feel secure with security/ doormen present in the lobby. Bar has a cool vibe. Will be back again.

Positiv:: The hotel has a modern, slightly industrial feel with cement ceilings and exposed beams, which I liked. The bathroom is similar to recently updated Hyatts but the living/sleeping space is much more trendy. I liked the floor to ceiling windows and the light fixtures. Our king suite has a great little sitting area, too. The most important thing was that the location cannot be beat. We didn't take a taxi once! There are lots of great bars, restaurants and clubs in the area but the subway stop nearby makes everything easy.

Positiv:: Tolle Lage! Direkt in Chinatown! Sehr billig, aber man bekommt, was man bezahlt ...

Positiv:: Es gab einen Rabatt für das Frühstück in einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant, "Elevated", das großzügige Portionen westlichen Frühstücks hatte. Die Lage in Chinatown war weniger als eine Meile von dem Ort entfernt, an dem wir zu einer Konferenz gingen, was für unsere Entscheidung von zentraler Bedeutung ist.
