The car had a lot of damage, and when we dropped it off we were blamed for damage that was already on the car. Luckily I had taken pictures before I drove off the lot as well as I took screen shots of the damage from the app. I had to send in the pictures of the damage and the screenshot of the already reported damage so we weren’t charged for it.Bewertet am 8. I made my reservation same day because of last minute changes in my travel plans. When I arrived at the counter they told me they only had luxury cars available and could not rent to me unless I paid $112 extra per day. They explained that they couldn’t honor same day reservations. … which just left me wondering why they accepted them. I rented from Hertz, it was a great experience and guaranteed that I’ll never rent with Sixt!Bewertet am 15. Apr. 2023

We booked the flight and the car rental through Kayak one would think the rental car would be at the airport. Instead we had to Uber from the airport rental place to downtown Dallas. Then we had to pay extra to drop off at airport rental place. Other than that it would have been great. Wasted a lot of time and some money. I guess when you book one would think if I am flying into a place the website would pick the rental place close. I will look up address next time. Who knew!Bewertet am 3. Apr. 2023

I was upgraded to a car I didn’t want. Asked for a sedan and wasn’t offered an option without paying extra. Also hated the color and wasn’t offered a choice. There were plenty of others on the lot.Bewertet am 30. März 2023
