Negativ:The thing is is when I went to this location they did not have my car ready nor was my car cleaned I had to leave and go pay somebody to have it cleaned that’s ridiculous especially going through a pandemic that we’re going through now I will never use this location againBewertet am 6. Negativ:I prepaid for my car rental via Kayak/Priceline and Thrifty had no cars available for me, and I was told they had 34 similar reservations they could not accommodate because the system should not have allowed the bookings to occur knowing what the locations inventory would be. I had no choice but to have my payment refunded and I had no car during my vacation in Florida.Bewertet am 4. Apr. 2021

Positiv:Got there 2 hours late and my car was rented. Giovanni said priceline overbooked location. Needed to drop car off Sunday. Location closed. Thrifty has not updated location with Google map so it takes you to empty lot!!!Negativ:everything!Bewertet am 31. März 2021
