They helped us with a few queries about places, were extremely friendly - We felt like we were just chatting to old friends. Could not fault this stay!!

Great staff, really friendly, nice large room with a large bathroom and good shower. Ended up having dinner in the hotel, £15 extra each as hadn't pre-booked but for three courses and coffee was good value and great food. Really good location as well as only 10 minutes down to the town and harbour. Definitely book this hotel again when next in Torquay.
