Positiv:: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war sehr sauber. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Petra. Tolles, typisches jordanisches Frühstück im Preis enthalten.

Negativ:: Ausstattung muss verbessert werden. Haartrockner im Zimmer, Steckdosen und Kleiderbügel im Schrank.

Positiv:: Close to Petra entrance, friendliness.

Negativ:: Minibus to Wadi Rum reserved by the property was supposed to cost 6 JD, instead came a taxi to drive us to the minubus and the minibus cost 10 JD. would have been better to take the bus and leave at 10 am instead of at 6.

Positiv:: Der Besitzer gab uns sehr wertvolle Tipps für unseren Besuch der Felsenstadt "Petra" und war immer da, um etwaige Fragen zu beantworten. Er organisierte für uns einen Fahrer mit Allradwagen, der uns pünktlich abholte und zu einem Punkt brachte, von dem aus wir das "Kloster" (El-Deidre) nicht über die 788 Stufen erklimmen mussten, sondern einen weniger beschwerlichen Weg nehmen konnten. Diesen nutzen zum Glück nur wenige Touristen. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich. Der Eingang zur Felsenstadt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Direkt vor dem Hotel gab es einen privaten Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig und das Bad komfortabel ausgestattet.

Positiv:: Attentive and kind staff and owner, very clean rooms, working A/C, excellent water pressure, laundry services. Perfect location - only a short walk to Petra Visitor Centre. We would recommend getting a traditional dinner with the hotel which was delicious and you can choose the time you want it ready for which is convinient. Supermarket attached to the hotel for anything you need. Overall, amazing value for money.

Positiv:: Everybody here is incredibly nice and friendly. If we ever come back to Wadi Musa, we'll definitely stay here again. The food served for breakfast and dinner is amazing, too! It's just five minutes on foot away from the Petra Visitor Center Entrance - perfect. They also arranged a 4x4 for us to take us to the back entrance from where we hiked to the "Monastery" on our second day. All in all: Big thumbs up!

Negativ:: You can hear the water pump kick in pretty loudly whenever someone opens the tap or flushes the toilet - especially at night this is pretty annoying. (We were kind of knocked out from all the hiking around the Petra site, so we didn't really bother, though) Maybe they could update the system with a bigger tank on the roof so that the pump has to stop and start and stop and start so often? The beds are a bit too soft for my taste - but this is a subjective opinion, of course.

Positiv:: Mohammed was a great host. The room was big, the bed very comfortable. There is parking available. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the Petra gate. Definitely highly recommended.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist super, grosses Zimmer mit hellem modernen Badezimmer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht gutes Englisch. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, man kann sich jedoch auch alternativ wenn man schon sehr früh Petra besichtigen will ein Frühstückspaket to go bestellen.

Positiv:: Esperanza Petra is just what you need for your time in Petra. It's just a 5 minute walk from the visitor center entrance to Petra itself. The staff have been extremely helpful with wonderful tips about must see spots within Petra and lovely dinner locations. Free parking on the premises and delicious authentic breakfast ! I cannot recommend Esperanza Petra enough and I hope to come visit again sometime.

Negativ:: We got some misleading advice upon arrival about the best way to view the site. Reception staff tried to sell us a transfer to the monastery at dawn for 40JD, telling us it would take eight hours to walk from the hotel to the monastery and back. We were confused as we had booked this hotel specifically for the location next to the visitor centre. We also asked in the restaurant how long it would take to walk to the monastery and were told they did not know which seems highly unlikely and made us slightly suspicious. Upon checking with local friends it became clear that you can easily walk from the hotel (visitor centre entrance) to the monastery and back in four hours, which we were able to do first thing as we were so close and the visitor centre opens at six am. In fact this is the nicest route as you enter via the Siq and you can see the Treasury in the light of dawn. Unless you have health or physical difficulties I would definitely recommend this option rather than paying to be driven away from the main entrance to the back monastery entrance. I spoke to the front of house manager as we were leaving and he claimed we were just being given options. Being offered options is okay, but suggesting it would take eight hours or longer do the hike to the monastery and back is misleading at best. Unfortunately it came across as a cynical money making ruse which is a shame when the location of the hotel is its main draw.

Positiv:: Very close to the Petra Visitor Center. Very friendly stuff at the restaurant. Beautiful sky view from the pool/restaurant terrace.

Positiv:: The location couldn't be better. I was sad I didn't get a room at the Movenpick, but this hotel surprised me with its amazing suite room, awesome restaurant service and fantastic terrace pool and bar. I was travelling with a toddler and at no time did I face any discomfort with food, service or location. This is a stone's throw to the Petra ticket counter and the views from the terrace are spectacular. There is a small supermarket and 2-3 restaurants at 3 minutes walk from the hotel, so no need to be captive at the hotel. We didnt budge from the hotel after the Petra trek cause food and comfort were so awesome.

Positiv:: Very friendly, attentive service. My husband and I stayed in Jordan for five nights and with The Petra Moon for three nights after being recommended by family to stay there. They organised our taxis and tours for our whole five day trip around Jordan and couldn't help us enough with anything we needed, all the trips were faultless. I was over the moon with our stay :) !

Positiv:: Amazing place! Recommend it for hikers who like the comfort as well as for viewers. Located on the cliff, with a swimming pool idealy to cool down after visiting Petra, very good restaurant serving local food together with tasty breakfast. Additional plus for a beduine tent where You can have traditional food, Jordanian wine and tea - consuming while listening to local music.

Negativ:: Sunset could had last longer :-)

Negativ:: Very tired in need of an update. Breakfast was not of a standard I would expect from a Marriott. Could be a great little hotel but needs some money spent updating it.

Positiv:: The actual place is amazing with great character, it feels like you are in a village. Beautiful spacious rooms, traditionally designed, very comfortable. Food choice amazing at the onsite restaurant , both at breakfast and dinner time. Thoughtful staff. Booked the Hamam experience, I thought to be quite relaxing and worth the money. Would stay here again if given the chance.

Positiv:: The hotel was great. It is literally a two minute walk away from the entrance to Petra! The hotel is very accommodating as we asked for packed lunches on one of the days of our stay as we headed out to Petra bright and early before breakfast began.

Negativ:: Not a huge issue but the noise really travels from the corridors and the street outside into the room. Moreover, I think it would be great if more water was left in the rooms - rather than having to ask for it. Nevertheless, it was a great stay.

Positiv:: Die Entfernung der Unterkunft zum Besucherzentrum von Petra war wirklich super. Nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß war man auch schon da. Das Frühstück wurde als Buffetform serviert und man hatte eine gute Auswahl an lokalen als auch internationalen Gerichten.

Negativ:: Die Zimmer sind leider schon etwas älter, dies spiegelt sich vor allem im Badezimmer wieder. Geht man in der Duschwanne duschen steht hinterher leider das komplette Bad unter Wasser.

Negativ:: Triple room was actually a double room with an extra bed brought in which made the room quite small. Some lamps in the room did not work. Breakfast could be started a bit early to give a head start for Petra which opens at 6.

Positiv:: Location is amazing and very close to Petra Visitor Center (3 min walk). Comfortable parking lot just in front. Mini market just outside the entrance and staff was great.

Negativ:: The food quality in the breakfast could be improved.

Positiv:: The location was great, you cannot be closer to the entrance of Petra. Our room was very clean and contained everything we needed. When arriving we even got a small welcome drink which was a nice gesture. Breakfast was good.

Positiv:: reception staff were exceptionally helpful - they made fantastic recommendations that meant our visit to Petra was even better that it would have otherwise been, then lent us maps and gave great advice. We took a taxi and went into the complex by the Monastery which meant climbing down the 900 steps rather than climbing up - and in the heat that made a massive difference. They were generous with the bottled cold water. Great bar outside and evening meal was a BBQ which was very tasty, Great breakfast with amazing omelette chef. Hotel is right next to the entrance to Petra!

Negativ:: Der Swimmingpool ist okay. Es sieht ein wenig so aus, als würde dieser umgebaut werden. Uns störte dies nicht gross.

Positiv:: The breakfast is very nice and the rooms are very nice and with a huge comfortable bed. Also the pool is amazing to relax after a day in Petra.

Negativ:: The room was not really big. Furthermore a taxi is necessary to reach Petra.

Positiv:: The staff was really nice, the man at the reception even proposed us to take a breakfast box because we were leaving before breakfast time: very nice! The pool is enjoyable even if it is a little cold since it’s inside. But to relax after a long day visiting Petra it was great! You can walk to Petra (20min approximately) or take a taxi for 2JD (they will tell you it’s 5JD at first). The room was big enough, very clean! I recommend this hotel

Positiv:: You just cannot beat the location. Right outside the hotel, there is the entrance to the Petra visitor center. The roof terrace restaurant was awesome: the view is super (reserve to experience the sunset there), and the food was simple (Arab grill) but very good. The rooms were quite OK, and the central lounge is just as nice as on the photos.

Negativ:: The breakfast and dinner food in the main restaurant was OK, but probably not 5-star level.

Positiv:: The staff of the hotel are very helpful, good and polite. They also can converse in English better than other hotels in Jordan. Breakfast table had some great spreed of food options and everything is really tasty. The location of the hotel is everything. It is right across the road from Petra's ticket center, you could not ask for better location.

Negativ:: The property is super costly, and for rooms that are ok, it felt a bit too steep. Considering that I stayed in intercontinental in Amman for less than what this hotel costed me, I felt the value for money was not correct. Specially disappointing are the images of the room view that makes you think that you are looking at the Petra valley. but alas all you can see is either hotel property or road with traffic. you can not see any Petra or valley from their windows.

Positiv:: The hotel's location near Petra's entrance is perfect. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that allow you to enjoy the region better. Breakfast was superb, with a varied buffet of excellent quality and several live cooking stations. The interior decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. It was always easy to contact the hotel directly and get almost immediate feedback, which pleased us greatly.

Negativ:: The extra hotel bed was uncomfortable.

Positiv:: Cosai Amerat ist der Kellner in dem Rooftop Restaurant der mit seiner Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz den ansonstigen Mittelmäßigen Aufenthalt in diesem hauptsächlichen auf Massentourismus ausgelegten Hotel beim Dinner zu einem Fest machte!! 10 Points for him!!!

Negativ:: Die Zimmer ( klein, schlechte Luft weil Teppichböden) Zimmerservice , Minibar including wird aber bei einer Übernachtung nicht nachgefüllt , kein housekeeping, d.h. Abends keine frischen Handtücher oder Betten nochmals hergerichtet.... und das bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 190 Euro - ohne Frühstück!

Positiv:: Proximity to Petra visitor centre was great and public rooms very nice. The staff were also although they seemed to be short staffed in the bar so service suffered a little

Negativ:: Hotel room was tired, in need of refurbishment and the bathroom was worn and a bit dirty. Our room overlooked the pool and the building site next door which wasn’t pleasant. It was also very expensive for the room and drinks.

Positiv:: The position is the best in Petra, in front of the gate. Breakfast was amazing

Negativ:: Watch out for the concierge here -- they will just book you with their friends who are very overpriced and substandard, better off going elsewhere to book tourist activities. Cost is around 7-10x hotels next door. It is nicer, but really struggle to see the value in having to pay 1,000% more than the next door hotels.

Negativ:: Bathroom floor gets flooded with water after showering. I booked a king-sized bed and got asked if two separate beds was ok for me and husband. Note: the hotel did eventually give us a king-sized bed.

Positiv:: The location is excellent. It is right across the road from the entrance to Petra and the Petra Museum. There are a lot of eating options along the road towards the hotel. Staff are lovely and work hard to please. Breakfast spread is the standard Mövenpick spread Decent pool to cool down in.

Negativ:: The double beds are small (akin to a large single in other hotels) Parts of the hotel including the room are a little tired (though the hotel is going through refurbishment) Housekeeping - replenishment of essentials such as toilet paper is hit and miss No espresso - only Nescafe :(

Positiv:: The only saving grace for this property was that the bathroom was decently clean (though not the best). Location is good only if you have a car because Petra is a hilly 20 minute walk away and it is way too hot and tiring to walk.

Negativ:: There was ZERO hospitality - as a 3 star hotel we did not expect the best facilities but we atleast expected basic hospitality. We had huge bags with us, and i asked the owner, can we get help for our luggage and he curtly replied "no, sorry, help yourself". We saw the room, it was too dark and half the lights did not work. The hotel also gave NO drinking water. This is the first time I have stayed at a place which did not even give water to drink, we went to the shops to buy. The breakfast was far below average. I will not return and will not recommend.

Negativ:: The location of the hotel is right in the city center, easy to travel to anywhere. The staffs here are perfect specialy the receptionist with polite manner and willing to help. Room is super clean with nice view. The facilities here are new and super comfortable. Also food is nice in the restaurant too. It's such a quite place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Highly highly recommend

Positiv:: Am besten hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbreitschaft von Machmuth, dem Besitzer gefallen. Weiß über alles in Petra Bescheid, organisiert gut, hat uns noch einen Aufenthalt im Wadi Rum oragnisiert. Ist der Inbegriff eines "Host-Father", der sich um seine Gäste kümmert.

Negativ:: Das ganze Hotel ist natürlich nicht mehr auf neuem Stand, wird aber im Winter 2010 komplett renoviert werden. Dann kann man sich echt freuen auf neue Bäder und andere dringend erforderlichen Erneuerungen.

Positiv:: The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good breakfast, several good restaurants were very close.

Negativ:: The rooms are right above the street and there was a lot of traffic noise.

Positiv:: The best part of the hotel was the gregarious manager Mahmoud, who is very likable and tries his hardest for his guests. He can arrange anything that a guest needs, from transport to food. I only stayed for one night, but there were no problems, and the hotel is situated in a very good location in Wadi Musa.

Negativ:: Internet is not free, shower curtain in bathroom didn't do a good job of preventing the water from getting all over the floor. Also, the restaurant that Mahmoud 'recommended' was slightly overpriced and I felt like they were trying to rip me off.

Positiv:: We arrived very late and had forgotten to phone ahead to confirm our late arrival. The owner had given our rooms away, but made a very big effort to help us get new rooms and then transfered us to Petra the next day, etc. Was very nice management

Positiv:: The staff asked repeatedly how that may assistance us with any needs we may have. Lunch was packed for us which was major convenience as Petra is an all day trip. Would stay there again on a return trip. Location was absolutely the best one could ask for.

Negativ:: This is not an upscale hotel, but you are there to see the sights and meet people. It is a great place to do what you come there for.

Negativ:: Shower and bathroom very basic, not dirty but barely usable. Whole place has seen better days.

Positiv:: great location within walking distance (approx. 15 mins) to main gates of Petra. Also lots of local restaurants nearby offering cheap and local cuisine.

Negativ:: The Minute we arrived (tired after a 3 hour drive) we were being offered trips to Petra at a very high cost and what turned out to be within walking distance.. Most staff were friendly but our first encounter was disappointing. 150 to 250 JD for a trip to amenities close by was incredulous. Rated as a 4 start hotel but definitely not 4 stars..

Positiv:: Super, dass man nach Rückkehr von Petra noch eine Dusche nehmen konnte. Restaurant gegenüber ordentlich und sehr praktisch.

Positiv:: The staff without exception were very helpful and friendly as well as being interesting people. The dinner, which cost 10JD, was excellent. Good food and with a good variety and in a abundant supply. I compared to restaurants in town and they couldn't compete. The dinners included lentil soup, three salads, rice, a main meat, and mixed veg as well as hot hot drinks and a sweet. There was a shuttle each day to the gates of Petra which was helpful. The view from the dining room and balcony was spectacular. Beautiful sunset views and a nice illumination of the mountains in the morning. It was peaceful at night and my room was cozy.

Negativ:: The rugs were bit worn and things a little dated but everything was in good working order and comfortable.

Positiv:: Location is nice, many restaurants around the hotel. Room was cleaned daily.

Negativ:: Staff tried to help and provide support, however, very often was pointed to the restaurant whenever I had any queries; and was difficult to interpret and gain clarification on things. For example, I was told the bus would simply turn up outside the front door to get to Wadi Rum, yet wasn’t there around the time stated and a local told me it actually turned up down the road. Also, not nice finding a cockroach in your room. However, after it was found they did move me to another room and the rest was reasonably clean.

Negativ:: Very Small room, balkony had not enough space for standing there, flies on food during breakfast and dinner. They charged us for water during the dinner.water is a human right! Quality of food was below average and basically limited and also the variety. During breakfast feeding, staff was not always present and have to look and ask for them. Staff was not welcome/smiling, the swimming pool was cold and not inviting, the plugs in the room was not working, the refrigerator was empty and smelly because was not in use. The door of the room showed signs of forced entry and created unsecured feeling.

Negativ:: The location was a bit far from Petra, we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to reach the city. In this period of time, the hotel was expensive. There was not much food variety in the breakfast buffet.

Positiv:: I liked the location, friendliness of staff, food especially breakfast, cleanliness, swimming pol with gym and their facilities. They offered great coffee (nespresso capsules) for free the rooms. The variety of TV channels, the comfy beds and most importantly the view from the room overlooking the gorgeous mountains of Petra.

Negativ:: Nothing except the mixed grills dish that we ordered for dinner. I would rate it 6/10. Otherwise the rest of the order was amazing.

The pool on the roof is amazing and it has good refreshing temperature of water which we appreciated very much after all day walking in heat of Petra. Breakfest is also buffet style and it has everything what you need for the good start of the new day! If we will go back to the Petra, we deffinitelly choice this hotel again..

Positiv:: Tetra Tree Hotel, has probably the best view in Wadi Musa, over the entire city from it's restaurant. The staff welcomed us warmly, always smiling and ready to help us with anything. We had a half board stay, and the food was good, however more diversity for the breakfast would have been appreciated. Room was clean, Wi-Fi worked well and bed was comfortable. You can book trips from the reception and prices are fair. For example Petra by night was 17 JD, same price as from the ticket office at Petra Visitor Center. Taxi both ways was 10JD, when usually a taxi will ask for 6-7JD from Petra Visitor Center to the Hotel. There are quite a few shops around, from where you can buy water or sweets for your trip in Petra. Parking is available in front of the hotel, but a bit small, only 4 cars can fit in front. However there are some more spaces around on the street. Had our rented car parked there and it was without a scratch after 3 days.

Negativ:: We had one of the rooms from the -1 floor and it is something to avoid because of the noise from the kitchen, noise from some ventilators + ugly view from the window. Door is not isolated at all with huge gaps that let a lot of noise go in and out :(. Elevator was old and a few button where not working, like going to the 5th floor. Door card key was beeping all the time as it had low battery. We announced this to the reception but it was not fixed. AC vent was too noisy in the room

Negativ:: They try to charge you on all the extra services... No free Wi-Fi in the room (2019!!!), electric sockets were useless since they were not correctly inserted, water was not really drinkable, as we tried getting upstairs to get some free water from dispenser we were told there was none... Just to find out the day after that there was. The fitness/pool room was unused and the only machine was broken.

Positiv:: Zimmer und Bad wirkten sehr neu und gepflegt. Der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist überwältigend und das inbegriffene Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse war einfach großartig. Tipp: Buchen Sie ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt Preis-Leistung: Super!

Negativ:: Das Wifi funktionierte im Zimmer leider nicht. Der Fernseher wurde erst nach zweimaligem Hinweis von einem Mitarbeiter eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich und der komplett überdachte Poolbereich wurde als Abstellfläche genutzt.

Positiv:: Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Personal bemüht sich freundlich zu sein. Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber nicht überragend. Nach Petra ca. 3km. Der Swimming-Pool ist im Ess-Bereich untergebracht, Schwimmen ist nur von 11 bis 17 Uhr möglich. Frauen und Männer dürfen den Pool gleichzeitig nutzen.

Negativ:: Längere Pool-Öffnungszeit wäre schön.

Positiv:: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht gut Englisch. Von der Terrasse habe eine die beste Sonnenuntergang gesehen. Sehr gutes Frühstücktsbuffet. Das Fleisch am Abendessen war super lecker gegrillt.

Negativ:: Die Umgebung des Hotels, ist sehr steil und gibt Nichts interessantes zu fuss zu finden.

Positiv:: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal makellos sauber super Lage - in der Nähe vom Haupteingang zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Petra

Negativ:: Layout des Zimmer seltsam - Badezimmer Tür öffnete nach Innen und schlug gegen das WC Safe auf dem Zimmer war auf dem Boden nicht im Schrank/Kleiderschrank Aufzug funktionierte nicht einmal.

Positiv:: The breakfast is okay the hotel rate is very cheap, and I was interested in walking around the hotel

Positiv:: The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes walk from the main Petra entrance gate. It is a perfect location for Petra visitors! The rooms are specious, modern and clean. A wide choice of food for breakfast is provided but sometimes it does not start exactly at 6am, as it is claimed. A breakfast box may be ordered.

Negativ:: You should double-check the price of the room and never try to walk in without reservation. When I tried to take a room without reservation I was offered a price of 80 JD/night, when I was back again with reservation the price of the same room was 54 JD/night. This situation reveals the dubious price policy of this hotel.

Positiv:: Der Preis ist nur gerechtfertigt über die Lage zur Hauptattraktion Petra. Wirkt eher wie ein Backpacker-Hostel, Zimmerzustand entspricht nicht den Fotos, d.h. deutlich abgelebter, hygienisch noch gerade ok. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung akzeptabel, mehr nicht. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Negativ:: Elevator is kind of confusing and not convenient... you have to walk few stair till u get to the elevator

Positiv:: Very close to Petra entrance, really appreciated. The personal was really friendly and always willing to help.

Negativ:: More cleaning in general, and a better offer at the breakfast buffet (quite poor).

Positiv:: The chinese restaurent

Negativ:: The was no internet. I informed the receptionist of this problem but they didn't do anything about it! You should carry your luggage from stairs to get to the elevator. The staff wasn't really helpful.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist für Petra-Besucher ideal, 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Visitor Center. Also auch ideal für early birds, welche zur Öffnung um 06:00 Uhr nach Petra wollen. Das Hotel machte uns kostenlos ein Breakfast/Lunch-Bag, da das Morgenbuffet erst um 06:00 Uhr öffnete.

Positiv:: Great location in town for restaurants and helpful staff. Also the complimentary coffee each evening on the top floor was perfect for the amazing sunsets over Petra.

Negativ:: The aircon was weak so had to keep the windows open instead to cool down each evening.

Positiv:: The location was very good - in the city center with all restaurants. Also, only a sjort 3 min drive to a free parking lot near Petra. Breakfast was on the 5th floor with very nice views.

Negativ:: There is no private parking, although they say so on booking.com. Just street parking which didn't feel very safe. The receptionist tried to scam us by suggesting to buy a trip with a jeep to the backdoor of Petra for 25 JD because, as he said, there is 15 km from the monastery to the main entrance (which is a total lie). They say that you can pay by card, but it costs 3 JD extra if you want to do that. So it's much cheaper to pay by cash. Since the receptionist wasn't always in the reception area, the hotel didn't feel very safe. Felt like anyone can walk anywhere.

Positiv:: Staff is very friendly and helpfull. They have a parking place for guests and the location is good, near a lot of shops, banks,restaurants and entry to the Petra is not that far away.

Negativ:: I could't pay with a creditcard (it was mentioned as possible on booking.com) , but there is an atm 100 meters from the property There is also a mosque in nearby and they will make plenty of noise at 5 am.

Positiv:: Staff is friendly, helful and gives the good advices for visiting Petra. Transfering to Petra and back. Good room. Location is closed to Petra.

Negativ:: There is possible to pay by card, but there is extra charge: 3JD. However, staff can show you where you can exchange the money.

Positiv:: Friendly staff, breakfast included and very close to the center of the town. good access to restaurants and the archaeological site of Petra.

Positiv:: Everything was perfect,hotel,bed,breakfast,place for breakfast with wonderfull view,owner and staff were friendly we felt like at home.Tour to Wadi Rum with owner was like a dream.Higly recommended

Negativ:: There was no hot water in the room.

Positiv:: The property is good and worth what you paid for it.

Negativ:: First they said they had free shuttles to the petra visitor center but when you arrive is like only 2 times in the morning and they try to sell to you a private shuttle for 30 dinnars but you will pay for taxi at maximum 5 dinars one way Also i think the breakfast should start early so u can go early to petra

Positiv:: Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zusatzwünsche waren kein Problem. Wir wollten am ersten Tag bereits um 6 Uhr in Petra sein, d.h. noch vor dem Frühstück. Man hat uns dann am Vorabend angeboten alternativ ein Frühstückspaket zusammen zu stellen. Das Personal erkundigte sich nach unseren Wünschen, man hat auch angeboten, individuelle Touren nach Petra zu organisieren

Positiv:: Frühstücksraum mit toller Aussicht, kostenloser Shuttle zum Besucherzentrum

Negativ:: Zimmerausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig (kaputte Tür zum Balkon, im Bad fehlten Klopapier und Duschvorhang)

Positiv:: The hotel has a fantastic view on the mountains, the staff is very nice and helpful.

Negativ:: There is no wifi in the hotel. Air conditioner did not work at all. Furnitures, carpets are very old. Everything looks much more better on pictures than in real life.

Positiv:: Terrible experience. Not clean, the front desk staff do not understand English, service quality very bad, the rooms do not have WIFI, not hot water in the rooms. One of the worst hotels ever.

Negativ:: Not clean rooms. Not WIFI in the rooms. Not friendly staff. Expensive considering the hotel quality.

Positiv:: the view was super, stuff were very friendly, the food was delicious, the pool is large and has a beautiful view same as the room we had. i loved the place!

Positiv:: The place was so comfortable, we booked a room with a view and the view exceeded our expectations . The stuff were helpful and we really had a pleased stay. Thanks Grand View Hotel

Positiv:: When you have a car, is is near close to Petra. Parking by the hotel is very good and the view is great.

Negativ:: No Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms. Wi-fi connection in the hotel lobby is not good. The hotel needs some serious renovation! You can not use the pool at this moment. The breakfast is minimal. The price is to high for what you get.

Positiv:: The staff was good and the view, room was big too

Negativ:: The AC and heater was not working, terrible wifi connectivity very upset

Positiv:: The air conditioning was not working properly and there was no internet in the rooms. Even in the lobby the same was poor. Breakfast was good but the place was infested with flies.

Negativ:: Air conditioning, Internet & definitely the flies with the Breakfast.

Positiv:: Super Lage Hotel in die Jahre gekommen , leben vom Ruhm vergangener Zeiten Aber tolles zuvorkommendes Personal!!

Positiv:: Tolle Lage,super Blick, deshalb hatte ich dieses Hotel gebucht. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Reinigung könnte gründlicher sein, aber ok. Ansonsten wird fleißig renoviert, es waren wenige Gäste da. Das war sehr schön, wir hatten den Pool nachmittags für uns. Er war auch kühl, das war gut so zur Abkühlung, war nicht in allen Hotels so. Frühstück war ok. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt, mit eigenem Auto am besten zu erreichen.

Negativ:: Bisschen renovierungsbedürftig.

Positiv:: Lage in der Nähe des Petra Archäologischen Parks. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Negativ:: WiFi Zugang nur in der Lounge. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Kein Shampoo zur Verfügung.

Positiv:: Very good place, only 5 minutes to the Petra’s entrance.

Positiv:: Das Servicepersonal war sehr hilfsbereit bei der parkplatzsuche, schöner Pool und entspannte bierbar.

Negativ:: Everything else. Hotel is run down, dirty, staff less than helpful, beds horrible, bathroom dirty, towels dirty white from age. No parking. Advertise street parking but only if you can find a spot. Worst hotel compared to description. Maybe 15 years ago it was ok but it’s not kept up.

Positiv:: The location is perfect! It’s 3 minutes walk to get to the Petra entrance, there is a shop just under the hotel and lots of restaurants around. Staff was really nice and helpful, everything was very clean, the food was really tasty and varied.

Negativ:: I had a problem to find a place to park my car on the street, but finally found one just next to the hotel.

Positiv:: Hotel liegt ideal, um Petra zu besuchen, nur 500m vom Visitor-Center entfernt. In den Hotelpools kann man sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag in Petra gut erholen und erfrischen. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Küche, ob Frühstück oder Abendbuffet, wirklich prima und lohnenswert.

Positiv:: Great place, just 10 minutes walk to the Petra entrance (big advantage!). The hotel is older but still nice. Perfect pool.

Positiv:: Rooms were comfortable and the hotel facilities good. Excellent 3 star hotel. The hotel is well positioned to cafes and the entrance to the museum is approx 5-600 metres. The swimming pools we’re a welcome respite from the heat.

Negativ:: The wifi was not good in the bedrooms

Positiv:: Amazing location just 5 min walk from the gates to Petra, great pool and delish breakbast.

Negativ:: The room didn't have many powerpoints and the floor was not very clean
