Negativ: London train cancellations made us late to check in--35 minutes before departure. Easy Jet requires check-in no later than 40 minutes before departure. We were denied boarding and no refund for our two tickets.

Negativ: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Positiv: The boardin personnel was unbelievably rude..they didnt let us board our very small luggages despite the plane was half empty. When we insisted they started laughing and threathen us of letting us miss our flight,with the attitude ignorants display when they are given a bit of authority

Negativ: too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences...

Negativ: I did not get on to the flight because the connection flight was late! I then had to wait 5 hours to get an answer that the next flight will be the day after in the evening! Worst service I have ever experienced!

Positiv: On board crew was good.

Negativ: Free beverages like every other airline. Not good at all boarding/checking in.

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Negativ: The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service

Positiv: The crew were welcoming and friendly and once we were able to board it was all very efficient. The pilot then kept us informed about delays and progress at all times.

Negativ: Mykonos Airport is chaotic, our plane was delayed but there was no communication and the information boards were not updated. There are no Easyjet staff members anywhere so you are just left to get on with it. The plane was a small so this meant little leg room - just about okay as a short flight.

Negativ: We waited in cues repeatedly waiting to board. The check in crew kept separating people into different lines (unknown reasons). We were not told that the plane was late until after departure time. (by then, we had figured it out).

Positiv: Geound and cabin crew were nice

Negativ: Boarding with no system. SB were confused where to go. They disnt use the signs for sb boarders. They boarded sb families SA all together. So sb were stuck behind the large families. Long long wait till bus arrives. They pushed everyone in a hallway. About 40-35 min wait in the AC. Flight was short and ok. But getting to the point to fly was seriously long.

Positiv: The cabin crew was very good. The check in process was tough but the representative was nice.

Negativ: The boarding representative wasn’t very welcoming and the baggage hold volunteering wasn’t explained fully to passengers, otherwise they’ll volunteer.

Positiv: Punctuality

Negativ: Boarding process was chaotic. One staff trying to do the boarding as well as arrival!

Positiv: Baggage drop informed gave us a heads up of extra charges to additional carry on bags if they need to be placed as hold luggage at gate, so we were able to check them at bag drop and save lots of money!

Negativ: Flight could have been on time.

Negativ: Late so missed a train connection so made the flight actually very expensive.

Positiv: On time, fast and efficient.

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time
