There were surprise charges when I actually rented the car. I wanted a compact car but only an economy was available. With high gas prices, that caused additional costs I didn't expect. I pre-paid for gas soil I wouldn't have to worry about returning the car with gas. The charge on the final bill was more than the charge I was given on the contract.Bewertet am 14. Apr. 2022

Positiv:The vehicle worked perfectly for my family. We paid for a mid-size SUV and got a slight upgrade. The upgrade was comfortable and easy to use. First time using Alamo and it was a pretty seamless experience. Drop-off was fast.Negativ:There was a line and a wait when we first got to the rental car counter. Negativ:Alamo did not honor the agreed amount. They also did not have tha vehicle that was promised. Told me they gave me an up grade and then charged me for it. Your price 225.00 counter price 445.00. Never again!Bewertet am 21. März 2021

Positiv:Greatb carNegativ:Understandable, due to coronavirus, but there were one or two poor souls dealing with weary travelers. They kept cool under pressure, to their credit. However, I blame management for placing them in this difficult position and for making all of us wait so long for our cars. Management needs to focus on how to work through this thing.Bewertet am 27.
