I moly took off one star because they weren't very understanding of my accidental booking. Because of the change in time coming from the US, I booked for an extra day without realizing we actually get to amsterdam the next day!! They said because I booked through a third party they couldn't do anything but they could have given something complimentary to offset it. Of course it was my fault but still. The hotel was clean and they were very accommodating on the other hand, they help with booking events for you and give you a crib for a baby if you ask. They also have toothpaste if you forget yours and have European charging adapters to loan
