Everything was great except we had an incident with a lockout. We’ve never had an electronic key that could be locked in the vehicle. We called AvIs to get the door handle code and they declined to help.Bewertet am 3. Aug. 2023

Drop off was easy. We booked a “suppliers choice” size car. When we arrived we were told because our plane was late (4 instead of noon), we would have to be upgraded to a full-sized sedan for $30 a day more or $150. The price of the rental car was already ridiculously high (twice as much for this 5-day rental as we are paying for a 10-day rental elsewhere a month later!) it left us feeling cheated. Also car had a “service needed” light on but the attendant told us we should just ignore it.Bewertet am 3. Juli 2023

I mistakenly scheduled my vehicle pick up two hours late. My rental was not ready, but the clerk offered me a larger SUV immediately for a slight increase in the price. Pick up was smooth and the service great. The only negative was the fact that I was not told that the office would be closed on drop off.
