Long Lines, far longer than the other rental carriers and noticed their customers in and out much faster than Budget. Car was in great shape and got great MPG for Alaska. The drop-off was somewhat strange, note: Gas Stations are a bit of a distance from the airport so keep that mind if you're planning on filling up before dropping off. The Key-Drop was unusual, luckily an attendant was there to assist.Bewertet am 14. Aug. 2022

Searched for 6 months and found this to be the best price in Anchorage. Reserved a sedan, but was upgraded to VW Tiguan at no extra charge. No difficulties with pickup or return. Not a Budget issue, but ANC should have more luggage carts available.Bewertet am 13. Juli 2022

When we checked in budget indicated our reservation had been cancelled on Feb 1. Had to get another vehicle for double the money and wasted an hour getting one due to demand at airport. Great value, but the van was not very clean and was almost empty. Luckily I noticed and they quickly filled it up for me. It also had a chip in the windshield which had not been noted until I saw it upon initial inspection. But the people were very nice and prompt about taking care of these things.Bewertet am 24.
