The pick location was incorrect, when I arrived there the building was closed with a sign on the door indicating where I needed to go. Luckily my uber driver didn't leave when it looked like no one was at the office! There is no reason I shouldn't have received a call or email about the change in location, I made my reservation well in advance.Bewertet am 28. Feb. 2023

Positiv:The staff was very helpful and kind.Negativ:The car was NOT clean...at all. There was trash under the drivers seat and it appears that someone spilt a milkshake on the shift stick/center console. I have a hard time believing that if the car was this dirty, that it could have been “sanitized!!” If I had not traveled almost an hour to visit my son, I would have returned the car to exchange.Bewertet am 12.
