Manchmal dusslige Mitarbeiter, ist nicht wirklich 5 Sterne Deluxe - Aber Preis -Leistung stimmen Großes, etwas hektisches Hotel, Fahrstühle nicht ausreichend. Auf Beschwerden wird reagiert, wenn man sich an den richtigen wendet. Pool sehr kalt. Frühstück busy.

Wunderschönes Hotel, tolles Personal!

Das Personal war unglaublich! Sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, aber waren ziemlich beeindruckt. Es hat etwas gedauert, bis unsere Getränke kamen, aber dafür war die Aussicht beim Abendessen toll. Sehr sauber.

Weiter vom Flughafen entfernt, als wir erwartet hatten.

standards of their bathroom and towels - woefully lacking- two bath towels for a room for 3 - no hand or medium towels even after asking they could not provide more - is there a shortage of towels or they do not aspire for a 4 or 5 star category

Bangkok in style

Located right along the river, the hotel has a water taxi that links to the train and other boats for ease of transport. The pool area has a great view, although there is currently construction going on next door for new residential units.

Upon checking in, the staff did a full sweep of the room and noticed that there was not any robes. I was told that they would get some and did not receive any.

Everything was fine, except the hot water failed the morning I left

Hotel was set back from a bustling Bangkok city street. Very clean and staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Easy to get around with river ferry or the concierge calling a taxi.

Glossy Hotel Great View !

I have been lucky enough to stay in a lot of top quality hotels and the front of house staff were particularly good at the Chatrium. The room was spotless and the facilities in and outside of the room were top notch. I particularly liked that the room had a reasonably equipped kitchen area and a 7/11 to give you the option of just doing your own thing when it pleased you.The shuttle boat was excellent run in a very professionally with almost military precision. The gym was decently equipped too.

There wasn't too much in the way of anything else within walking distance although the local 'street' Thai restaurants were a great relief from the cushioned five star experience.
