Positiv:: Staff are very helpful, cheerful and professional. Specially Mahmoud Montaser in the reception. He is a very helpful & professional guy. All guys in the 2 restaurants, all bars & shisha corner were very friendly.Food was amazing there was a variety menu. Available beverages 24 hrs shisha corner was fun &pool snacks were tasty Animation team were very nice and active Pool was warm & Water park was amazing Beds were like a cloud

Positiv:: The best hotel in Hurghada as usual , it's my fifth time to go there and I'll will keep visiting this hotel more and more . First of all, I liked the new improvement of entertainment like Foam and Street party , the ideas are so creative and looks better than Jumerah ,Dubai, and from my experience Makady Saraya is even BETTER

Positiv:: The room was big but no enough carpets, and all the staff are not qualified enough to serve guests, no smiles, no greetings when you see any staff in corridors or at any place, they are only walking to do there work and leave, no room service available so dont expect that you will eat after 9 PM

Negativ:: Nothing to say but big waste of money with the cost i paid i could stay in Turkey for 5 nights in an amazing hotel, a small piece of what i faced when we asked the reception is the beach near he said yes and we discovered it is very far!!!! Very slow staff at checkout we spent 35 min waiting for them to check the mini bar usage although i told them we didnt use it, on the beach you will not find a place selling water bottles??!!! U have to take cups only in this hot weather u drink a small cup from a place far from the beach by 200m!!!! At least this can be a good source of revenue for the hotel but i dont think they are not aware of any of the guest experience NPS.

Positiv:: Nothing at all, food was smelling badly especially turkey meals it is just disgusting, no room service !!!! If u feel hungry at night as the restaurants closes by 9 u have to wait till next day !!! Even getting ice to drink something in your room not available, the beach is 1km far from hotel and no golf carts u have to walk in a very hot sunny whether if u have small kids u will suffer, the photos on booking is deceiving the beach is not near at all. The manager is not a professional guy other wise he would look at these details more than looking for paper feedback from guests he need to put himself in the shoes of a gust. A small tip here the hotel security is to protect your guests and not to protect you keep this in mind"

Negativ:: Everything was a big waste for money, the first day we found a leprosy in the room and we waited for 20 min for someone to come and kill it, but no one shows we had to go to reception and when we tell the guy he said it is not harmful !!!!! What the heill r u saying !!!!!! Over security in the hotel and outside the hotel that makes u feel there is something wrong with the area, all pools and beach closes by 6 PM !!!!!!! Nothing to do till rest of night except drinking and watching tv, poor animation team, no nearby attractions to enjoy. It is not a good destination for group of friends visitors

Negativ:: I was shocked when I entered the hotel door of this five stars and rated in 9.2 in booking hotel. Every thing in the loopy is old and runes. Decorations and furnishings were expired. Restaurant ware as well and services are poor. The bar was a disaster as well the room they gave me. My booking was for 5 nights, but I argued with reception staff to changed to one night only because my booking was partially refunding . This the first time in my live I entered a hotel and surprised from the poor of everything. I don’t recommend it at all. Its only could be rated 6 or 7, not 9.2

Negativ:: The rooms' bathrooms were abit smelly and room curtains and furnishings need renovation.

Positiv:: Grosse Auswahl an A la Carte Restaurants, tolles Frühstücksbüffet, schöne Bars am Abend in Strandnähe. Tolles Ambiente im Hotel, Zimmer etwas älter aber gepflegt, Service sehr zuvorkommend. Trotz All-inclusiv ansehliches Büffet, in der Anlage ist immer etwas los, dennoch gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Nur 15 Min. vom Airport Hurghada

Negativ:: Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können Meerbereich wurden wegen Feuerfischen durch Netze abgetrennt Strand relativ überschaubar. Angegliederte Tauchschule (IPD) verfügt über älteres Equipment, leider nicht sehr gepflegt. Daher nicht ausprobiert.

Positiv:: Eigentlich war alles super, ausser dass es im Hauptrestaurant (mit Buffet) viel zu wenige Kinderstühle hatte. Sonst ist das Hotel mit der Anlage für Familien mit Kleinkindern sehr empfehlenswert.

Positiv:: Super Master Suite direkt am Strand. Die 2 großen Pools sind wirklich schön. Das ganze Areal ist sehr weitläufig und schön gemacht. Strand fantastisch und Meer absoluter Hammer! Essen ganzer Tag möglich in verschiedenen Restaurants. Es fehlt an nichts! Als Hochzeitsreise wurde uns täglich eine Überraschung ins Zimmer gebracht und gemacht! Nur zum empfehlen. Personal super. Vor allem Mr. Hassan- Front Office Manager. Danke nochmals!

Negativ:: Alles gut! Nur teils die Verkäufer in den Läden sind etwas lästig und rufen immer, sobald man nur vorbei läuft und möchten, dass man in den Laden rein kommt und möchten einfach verkaufen, auch wenn man nicht möchte oder nur etwas schauen mag.

Negativ:: This my 5th stay in this hotel during the past 2 years really i got shocked due the poor food level this time poor in variety and quality even in our 1st night my two poir little daughters suffered from food poisoning symptoms like vomiting and stomach pain and i had to go to hospital in Hurghada to get the right treatment at 5am as the hotel doctor and reception were not proficional in dealing with my case really my last trip as the food situation was horrible during our 5 nights stay

Negativ:: Beach is not that good. Aqua is limited. Bad smell is smelled always in the suite, maybe the air conditioner. Old furniture and bathroom finishing. No family suites near the sea.

Positiv:: Die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal was immer parat stand, wenn man es gebraucht hat und dem nichts Zuviel war, um die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die komplette Anlage war trotz ihrer Größe sehr übersichtlich. Auch das nachhaltige Handeln der Hotelleitung in Sachen Umweltschutz und Wiederverwertung hat uns überzeugt. Auch fanden wir es gut, dass die Gäste vor Augen gehalten bekommen haben, wieviele Lebensmittel täglich entsorgt/verschwendet werden und wieviele Personen davon hätten ernährt werden können. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und uns richtig gut erholt. Das ist der Beweis, dass man verantwortungsbewussten erholsamen Urlaub machen kann und auch der Spaß nicht zu kurz kommt. Weiter so !!!

Negativ:: Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Positiv:: -A lacarte restaurants available everyday. The best for us was the Bedouin and the Tepanyaki meal in the Asian. -Slides are suitable for our young kids. -Foam party on beach and superman show were great. - Room with bunk beds were spacious but block 10 which i requested as its overlooking the slides was far from the beach. -Food was so delicious and lots of choices. -On arrival you get 2 papers including all info you need to know about the resort.

Negativ:: The kids slides pool near the family suites was not clean most of time even the other pools and the beach were very clean and well maintained. The beach area in front of the hotel is poor of sea life and coral reefs.. we had to walk to the other hotel next door to find more colored fish.

Positiv:: Breakfast and dinner were excellent with lots of varieties, lots of entertainment at night and the animation team was great, the staff were so friendly, we had a great vacation, thanks for all the people working in the hotel, and sure I will go again.

Negativ:: Just because the resort is so big, so distances were a little bit long between facilities.

Positiv:: Probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at, seriously. Staff and service were excellent, Always offering assistance or a nice cold drink.

Negativ:: A common problem for beachfront resorts, people waking up at 4am to put their towels on the chairs at the beach and leaving them there all day. Really inconsiderate and should be banned. The other thing with this facility is that the water park mentioned in the description and pictures is not part of the all inclusive, the hotel will give you a voucher for one free visit i think but after that it is quite expensive, somthing like $130 for a family of three.

Positiv:: Mit kleinen Kindern war das Hotel super; das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten Zimmer, die noch nicht renoviert waren, aber völlig in Ordnung und schön gross. Die Poollandschaft ist super und der Pool hatte angenehme 30 Grad.

Negativ:: Das Hausriff ist, wie wohl die meisten in Hurghada schon sehr kaputt, dennoch haben wir einige farbige Fische gesehen. Obwohl wir vorgängig vom Hotel kontaktiert wurden und nach der Lage des Zimmers gefragt wurden, landeten wir dann nicht wie wunschgemäss bei Gartenseite sondern beim Pool untergebracht, war aber auch in Ordnung.

Positiv:: The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable and all staff members were very helpful from the front desk to the waiters .. unlike most of the hotels, food is great and very well selected. The Egyptian Restaurent is a piece of heaven and the manager is provisionally leading the waiters team as if you are in an expensive restaurant in Paris. Overall experience is great and I strongly recommend this hotel for those who seek relaxation and quality services.

Negativ:: Housekeeping service needs to be controlled as you always need to give them a call to request the basic things that should be normally in the room without the need to chase them. The hotel has no beach except for an open to sea lake however, the adjacent sunrise hotel has a beach and you can use it normally free of charge.

The food was great, the buffet was very rich, the cocktails were delicious, the staff was warm and welcoming especially Mr. Mahmoud Ibrahim who was always making sure that everything goes well during my stay along with Mr. Bassiony. A big thanks to Mr. Sami, Mrs. Sandra, Mr. Adel, Mr. Mohamad and all the others whom were always attending our needs. The maintenance team was great and prompt in case of any problem. The rooms were spacious, clean, very comfortable, and well equipped. The lagoon was amazing and very calm. The facilities around you are very easy to access as all the sunrise hotels are interconnected and you can use all the nearby Sunrise hotel activities for free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with or without children.

Negativ:: The night shows and the animation team should be improved and enriched. The bathing time should be extended till 8 PM instead of 6 PM. There should rain showers inside all bathroom especially in the suites villas (pool and jacuzzi). The reservation screen should be repaired as we could never book a restaurant on it.

Positiv:: Absolut alles, es war perfekt! Diese Hotel hat uns wortwörtlich den Urlaub gerettet! Wir waren zuerst im Hotel Sunny Days El Palacio. Absoluter Horror! Nach einer Nacht sind wir direkt ausgecheckt, obwohl wir noch weitere Nächte gebucht hatten. Uns wurde das Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort weiterempfohlen. Allerbeste Entscheidung! Gesamtes Personal, von Reception zum Reinigungsteam bis zum Animationspersonal, super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Essen war auch toll! Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und Köche alle sehr herzlich! Die ganze Anlage war supersauber, top gepflegt! Durchgehend ein Gefühl von richtigem Wohlfühlsein!

Positiv:: The Room was one of the biggest, also the bathroom, I had a room to put my staff without any problem, the AC is very good. Staff is amazing, very helpful and supporting, although the all-inclusive option makes the drinks available and near to reach, they still insist to serve you themselves. Excellent food: Oriental, Asian, Italian Restaurants, and from the Snacks Bar beside the beach, also from the Open Air Buffet at night, taste is great. The sandy beach is one of the kind in Hurghada, and the beach is very good for swimming.

Negativ:: - Virgin Mojito are only served at night!!, you cannot enjoy the drink on the swimming pool. - Virgin Cocktails are made from packaged juices, the taste is not that much. - Some people are hovering between sunbathing beds on the pool or on the beach to try to sell you hotel\other services, like SPA, water, safari, night life activities ... etc, this is not appropriate for a 5 stars hotel, my wife got annoyed from them.

They were so bad and tasteless. And can add new ideas for the salad corner. 4- many times can’t find a chef to serve us the food because they always leave their places or because they serve two stations in the same time. 5- some of the waiters were not fully concentrated forgot the order or bring wrong orders 6- the refill of most of the food was so slow

Negativ:: The only thing was that our room was next to the utility area. A lof of noise and loud shouting in the morning at around 7:30, which they immediately stopped when I called on the fourth day of our stay.

Negativ:: The place is not safe for kids, there are stairs everywhere and alot of cactuses. The Aqua park is not inside the hotel as they market on their booking page, to go there you have to ride a bus for 15 min. They need to work on the entertainment show as well.

Positiv:: Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Service ebenfalls sehr gut (ohne dass aufdringlich Trinkgeld erwartet wurde). Bei allen Problemen (z.B. defekte Lampe) wurde außergewöhnlich prompt reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön aufgeteilt mit geräumigem Badezimmer und großem Balkon - vor allem sehr ruhig. Ein schöner Golfplatz direkt am Hotel - ideal für einen Golfurlaub. Spa und Fitness sind klein aber fein - Massagen hervorragend; schöner,beheizter Pool mit ausreichend Liegen.

Negativ:: Der Liegen und Schirme am Strand (der mit dem Iberohotel dort geteilt wird), sind eng gestellt - es fehlt die Weitläufigkeit. Personal am Strand war aber sehr freundlich und der Shuttle-Service klappte gut - aber für einen reinen Strandurlaub ist es weniger geeignet. Das W-Lan war trotz Zubuchung nicht immer zuverlässig (aber daran soll gearbeitet werden) und es fehlte 1. und 2. Fernsehprogramm.

Positiv:: Das Hotel ist sehr nah vom Flughafen. Nur 3 min mit dem Taxi. Daher bitte nicht mehr als 8 Euro für ein Taxi bezahlen. Der Pool sieht nachts SUPER aus und das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Man hat auch seine Ruhe am Pool da alles Internationale Menschen sind und jeder nur für sich sein will. Alle Inklusive ist auch sehr klasse da es auch Bier und Wein beinhaltet. Was ja nicht typisch ist. Es gibt vor der Tür auch eine Promenade wo man einkaufen gehen kann. Was sonst sehr langweilig wäre, wenn man nur im Hotel bleibt. Die Shows sind auch gemischt und nicht einseitig. Leider ist aber die Bühne im Essensbereich und somit bekommen die Künstler nicht maximum Aufmerksamkeit. Was uns für die Künstler sehr leid tut. Das Hotel ist aber sehr bemüht große Künstler zu besorgen und das Entertainment aufzupimpen. Bei uns war zum Beispiel im Nachbargebäude Mr. President aus Deutschland extra da. Es hat auch nur 12 Euro gekostet und war mit einer Länge von 37 min etwas überteuert. Es gab aber ein Rahmenprogramm das 2 Std vorher gezeigt wurde. (War jetzt nicht unser Geschmack) aber die Veranstalter haben sich Mühe gegeben.

Negativ:: Taxi hat vom Flughafen zum Hotel 20 Euro verlangt, für die kurze Fahrt ist das viel zu teuer. Aufpassen. Es sind im Hotel sehr viel Arabische Gäste kurz nach dem Ende von Ramadan. Das wäre so gegen Juni, kurz vor Pfingsten. Das kann sehr irritierend sein, wenn Leute mit Burka im Wasser sind und wir in Bikini am Pool liegen. Es sind auch viele Kinder da, die dann im hellhörigen Speisesaal schreien und toben. Da könnte das Hotel vielleicht etwas dagegen unternehmen in dem man Schalldämpfer an die Decke macht oder ein paar Teppiche auslegt den den Schall etwas reduzieren. Das wäre nur ein Vorschlag, wollen ja uns nicht nur beschweren sondern auch Konkret Vorschläge machen. Wir waren ist 2 Jahre hintereinander da und werden wiederkommen aber nicht zu dieser Zeit.

Negativ:: Ich hab lange überlegt was besser zu machen wäre: die Orientierung auf dem Gelände und auch zu den Restaurants im Partnerhotel fiel schwer, da Pläne nur im bzw. am Hauptgebäude angebracht sind. Eine kleine Faltkarte für den Gast wäre da sicher hilfreich.

Restaurants - Großteil des Personals war freundlich - keine Frauen arbeiten im Hotel - Animateure belästigen einen nicht, es wird drauf hingewiesen was es heute gibt, man wird aber nicht auf biegen und brechen überredet, gutes System mit der roten Fahne, die man an den Platz bekommt wenn man seine Ruhe haben will.

Negativ:: -Wenn man kurz vor Sonnenuntergang an Pool wollte, bekam man keine Handtücher mehr, weil das Servicepersonal schon am aufräumen war. -Badezimmer hat keine Abstellfläche, außerdem lief die Dusche aus -Servicepersonal im Restaurant ist extrem überbelastet man kann sich schon 3x essen holen bevor jemand nach Getränken fragt -Servicepersonal hat nicht immer gute Laune gehabt -Fehler im System bei der Restaurantbuchung, wir wollten an einem Tag für Frühstück und Abendessen zwei verschiedene Restaurants buchen, was das System nicht zugelassen hat -Gast bzw. Kunde sollte eigentlich König sein, bei Problemen wird aber meist auf eigenverschulden hingewiesen -bei Problemen/Fragen wurde man an der Rezeption immer an den Guest-Manager verwiesen, der jedoch nur von 10-17 Uhr im Haus ist -Abendunterhaltung hat etwas gefehlt, in etwa einer Bar oder ähnliches man möchte die Zeit im Urlaub genießen und nicht jeden Tag Party machen. -wir hatten das Double Trouble Zimmer, was dem Namen echt gerecht wird, Dienstag ist im gegenüberliegenden Pub Party, wo man meint man steht mittendrin und Montag ist am Pool Party wo man den Bass noch drei Tage später in seinen Ohren spürt. Party ok, aber mit dieser Lautstärke in Frage zu stellen -die Blicke auf Frauen vom Servicepersonal

Negativ:: Check in was extremely slow. Booked a room for two. were supplied two single beds and told to rearrange the room and push beds together to make it a double. No help or even a offer to help. Shower drain was blocked on the first day. After calling reception it was fixed within a few hours. Fridge was hot. Called reception and nothing was done. After checking hotel cost receipts I found they had taken the deposit twice. After much explaining they finally understood and corrected there mistake.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, fußläufig kommt man nirgends hin. Der Zugang zum Meer ist nur über ein Pier mit Leiter möglich. Ansonsten nur Steine und spitze Korallen. Unendlich viel Plastikmüll, der täglich an den Strand gespült wird. Viele Zigarettenstummel im Sand. Wer Pool mag, keinen Wert auf direkten Strandzugang legt und absolute Ruhe mag, der ist hier richtig.

Positiv:: Sehr saubere und große Zimmer, das Jacuzi auf dem Balkon war toll. Service am Strand und Zimmerreinigung ausgezeichnet. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, man kann also gut auf All inklusive verzichten.

Negativ:: Der Umgang mit den Gästen, die nicht All inclusive gebucht haben. Ständige Fragen, ob man den schon bezahlt hätte oder noch bezahlen würde. Der Room Service war sehr dürftig. Eine Sektflasche erscheint ohne Gläser und Kühler, das Frühstück ohne Kaffee. Auf dem Balkon fehlt dringend ein Sonnenschirm. Während des Tages kann man hier nicht sitzen.

Positiv:: Die Mitarbeiter sind bezaubernd und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Hier sind vor allem die Rezeptionisten und der Mitarbeiter am Pool zu nennen. Vielen, lieben Dank für alles! Die Zimmer sind großzügig und farblich geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt, super zum Relaxen. Das WLAN funktioniert im ganzen Haus einwandfrei. Der Pool ist groß genug, um angenehm schwimmen zu können. Auch die Terassen sind schön groß und teilweise mit wunderschönem Meerblick.

Negativ:: Das Essen ist reichhaltig aber qualitativ sehr zweifelhaft. Ich habe es leider nicht vertragen. Es wird unter anderem mit billigem Öl gekocht, was man auch schmeckt. Die Desserts sehen alle wunderbar aus, schmecken aber einfach nur seltsam. Auch hier merkt man, dass leider mit minderwertigen Zutaten gearbeitet wird. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm dauert täglich drei Stunden, ist laut und findet genau unter den Zimmern mit Meerblick statt. Das ist wirklich anstrengend und müsste irgendwie anders gelöst werden. Der Pool sperrt um 6 abends, wenn es gerade am Angenehmsten ist, weil die Sonne nicht mehr runterbrennt. Ich verstehe nicht, warum.

Positiv:: Beach was calm and absolutely beautiful in August. The beach beds were amazing and comfortable. The food was the best buffet in all of Egypt and the servicing staff were good. The lobby in the new section was gorgeous and welcoming with the nice smell. Hassan at front desk was very attentive to customer sat issue when I was not given the right room the first two nights. Peaceful place. Rental golf carts were fun and helped to look around Sahl Hasheesh. We will return!!

Negativ:: The construction was making some noises. Bartenders didn’t have extensive options but good at creating new drinks. The spa could be cleaner and separated for women and men. The music needs to be more spa like. They should not put any guests that overlook the construction or road if they purchased a superior room.

Positiv:: I liked the room a lot, it was clean teddy with a lot of features and small details for the couples, also the food was excellent with large variety for every taste.

Negativ:: TV signal was kind of poor, but I was able to watch some movies with it.

Positiv:: Das Hotel war architektonisch sehr stilvoll, elegant und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe völlig ausreichend, recht klein hingegen war der Balkon, auf dem man aber dennoch gemütlich sitzen konnte. Die benachbarten Hotels kann man zu Fuß erreichen und kann in der Anlage gut spazieren gehen. Die Cafés der anderen Hotels sind zum Teil auch benutzbar. Besonders gut war der Service und die freundliche Betreuung durch alle MitarbeiterInnen. Man wird sehr gut versorgt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, besonders das Dessert, das recht untypisch für Ägypten war. Das Hotel ist zudem ruhig, keine Aufdringlichkeiten. Zum Strand läuft man ein Stück, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin sehr angenehm und schattig. Das Hotel war alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und ist voll und ganz empfehlenswert.

Positiv:: Sehr engagiertes Personal, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles absolut sauber und schöner Strand durch ca. 5-10 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Tolles Hausriff, beim Schnorcheln kann man schon viele Fische und Korallen sehen.

Negativ:: Gewöhnungsbedürftiges Buffett und leider viele nervige Promoter in der gesamten Anlage unterwegs.

Positiv:: Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Makadi Oasis. Alles top sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, Essen super. Der Weg zum Strand ist durch den Sonnenschutz sehr angenehm zu laufen. Am Strand waren genügend Liegen mit Sonnenschirm verfügbar. Ein kleines Riff zum Schnorcheln gibt es auch direkt am Hausstrand. Am Abend gab es Tanz Vorführungen und Möglichkeit zum Tanzen.

Positiv:: The staff was very nice and attentive. The grounds were beautiful and well kept, and I like that it was very close to the beach; only a short 5 minute walk.

Negativ:: Most of the visitors were either German or Russian, and as a Muslim woman who covers, I found it really annoying and uncomfortable with the amount of unpleasant stares and looks of disgust I got from those people. I suggest they are given some information on Muslim culture, since it is a predominantly Muslim country, before vacationing in this spot and learn that it is not nice to behave in such a manner where they’re visitors to the dominant culture in this country.

Positiv:: I really like the idea that we have the availability to access two another hotels with many different pools and aqua. Also I need to thanks Mr Ahmed Barakat for this help in every small details, he really have the talented to let you need to came back to the hotel. Many thanks Mr Ahmed. I recommend any one to ask for him.

Negativ:: The food quality is so low

Positiv:: Wir konnten die Außenanlagen und Bars von vier miteinander verbundenen Hotels nutzen. Das Angebot reicht vom Dachgartenpool nur für Erwachsene bis zum Wasserkinderspielplatz mit vielen Rutschen. Am besten hat unseren Kindern der große Rutschenturm gefallen.

Negativ:: Die Federkernmatratzen waren für mich etwas zu hart, die Bettgestelle tlw. auf Rollen. Etwas hochwertigere Betten wären nicht schlecht.

Positiv:: The hotel was clean and pools and animation team were excellent and the service by most of the staff especially in the restaurant was super.

Negativ:: At the reception the team were not that friendly and acting busy, I felt that they were not welcoming Egyptians at the premises. The night events were done at an upper floor which is not equipped with an elevator for elderly people as I had my mother, so we couldn't leave her alone. The room was clean but we had a water leakage in bathroom that was fixed upon calling room service.

Positiv:: Every thing is perfect. Rooms are very comfy, clean & wide. Many pools & a big aquapark with different slides. Kids activities are many & every day. Mr. Ahmed barakat in the front office was very very kind & helpful always cheerful. The resturants are all very good with excellent food quality. Mr. Ahmed hasan the main restaurant manager was a gentleman & hardworking day & evening observing every detail.

Negativ:: • The rooms could be way better in term of modernity & status. (TV, bathrooms) • AC wasn’t working properly enough to make the rooms comfortable. • Resturant options & variety.

Positiv:: Everything is perfect ..amazing hotel ...several amazing pools...great aqua (both kids and adults) Staff was very friendly ,they really do care about their guest specially Mr. Ahmed Wahdan who was very helpful and very hospital. the place is family friendly and each member will be amused.The all inclusive is perfect and well equipped
