Kayak LIED!! YOU PRESENTED RENTAL INSURANCE THAT WAS NOT FROM BUDGET!! I DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM KAYAK OR ALLIANZ AND THAT IS UNNACCETABLE!! Don’t rent from Budget. Got a cheap deal before the price rise. Called me the night before and told me that it was a local rental and could only take it so far. It would cost me an extra $1000 to take it where I wanted to go. Never took the rental. Never in my life was I told I couldn’t go somewhere in a rental. Budget is a total ripoff. I was told the gas was on full at pickup and would need to return it full. However, after I left, I realized the tank was only a quarter full. I took a picture and they honored it when I returned. $300 deposit on top of the cost of the car rental if you use a debit card and it takes 7-14 days to come back on your card; and also the insurance you buy on kayak does t go toward additional insurance you may want to buy when you pick the car up.Bewertet am 26. Juli 2021

Positiv:I really like that my rental was ready to go when I arrived. Check in and out was very efficient.Negativ:The communication and cleanliness of the vehicle. My rental was changed and price changed with no notice. There was an additional hold on my card that was also not communicated. The vehicle was dirty inside, windows were spotty and smudged, back seats had lots of crumbs.Bewertet am 15. Juni 2021

Negativ:Selected airport pickup. Went in and was told the pick-up was at a satellite location that closed 30 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time. The ‘only available car in my size range was triple the rental price for a BMW. I had no choice so I took it. I will not use this site again.Bewertet am 15. Juni 2021
