Awful. Save yourself stress and rent from another company besides Budget and Avis. Had a reservation and waited an hour in their line to get to the counter to be told they had no car for me. Waited 2 more hours with little kids after flying all day to be given a complete junker, literally, with half the handle missing and electrical wires hanging out near the foot pedals. Awful, awful, the staff were horrible too. Will never rent from them again.Bewertet am 26. Juli 2023

There was nothing to like. I made a reservation the morning before and when I got to the airport there were no cars left. What's the point of making a reservation if they aren't going to honor it??? NEVER WILL TRY TO USE THEM AGAIN.Bewertet am 20. Juli 2023

Office was a mess. The car itself sucks. Run out of liquid for washing windshield in only few days. For couple times, there is a smell of burned when I braked. After 1 week, the car vibrated violently when I braked. When I returned the car 6 days earlier, I still was charged for fuel charge even though I fill the tank as much as I got the first day. The person who took care of the return never said anything or at least mentioned it. It could prevent all this wasting time for me to file a claimBewertet am 10. Jan. 2023
