Everything was great except for the return was confusing. No signs of what to do & no one there advising what to do. I had to ask another person who was also returning her car. She said the airline representative told her to just park it in any stale & drop the key in the box at the counter. So that's what I did. Only car available (with reservation) after waiting in line for over 1/2 hour was a not cleaned car. All they did was give me license plate number and make (no location number) had to walk 4 rows of cars to find car, No attendant in lot to help. When returning car all Budget parking spots taken had to park in another companies spot. No attendant to ask where to park. not a very organized process at all.Bewertet am 15. Aug. 2023

Very good. I had a medical emergency while I had the rental car out, and Budget arranged for a tow truck to come pick it up where it was parked because i was in the hospital on the return date.Bewertet am 5. Juli 2023

Well, I reserved a specific car which they didn't have. I understand swapping a sedan for an suv or a suv for a van. However, in this case I reserved a 12 passenger van months before I needed it. When I arrived there was no van. Extremely frustrating.Bewertet am 11. Apr. 2023

vehicle was not ready when we got there, I have pictures of how filthy the vehicle was when we got it home and had a moment to look it over before our guests arived, had to clean it our selves, we were charged more than our itinerary says, very poor experience, would not recommend Budget!!!!!!!!Bewertet am 2.
