Our car was filthy, had a lot of blood stains all over, we felt so uncomfortable driving the car, if there are blood stains that means the car didn’t get cleaned. Our tires was bald and we didn’t feel safe driving. Seems like their cars are not maintained. It’s not safe to drive a car with tires that are very thin. Very disappointed with our rental, to think we’re in a different country and we want to make sure we feel safe.Bewertet am 27. Mai 2022

The first car I received was unfortunately, difficult to drive because the transmission was subpar. I called the rental office and they immediately told me that they could give me a different car. Friendly and courteous staff. When our turn came, the signing process took less than 5 minutes. However, the wait to be seen was the longest out of all the rental agencies. Had to spend 20 mins in the sun in 90 degree weather. The car was dated, not clean. Had a very distinct smell of moisture that barely went away with the time of our rental. It was quick and staff was so helpful. I didn’t realize I booked a car at a location outside of the airport which wasn’t an issue at all. The clerk had a driver take us to the location within 5 mins and when we picked up our car it was so fast and easy! Friendly staff would recommend!Bewertet am 15. Aug. 2021

Negativ:We were stuck in customs forever and arrived 2 hours and 2 minutes after our reservation time and they didn't have a car held for us. They told us their policy was that they don't hold cars for more than 2 hours. Clearly they didn't have a car for us because there is no way they rented out our car in the 2 minutes past the time they state they are required to hold the car for us. There was nothing we received notifying us of this 2 hour rule in advance.Bewertet am 29. Juni 2021
