Both the interiors and exteriors of the vehicles that we had were dirty and damaged. Rental cars were not serviced regularly. We went through 3 vehicles; one of them died in a parking lot while we were eating lunch. Roadside Assistance was going to take more than 2 hours to reach us for a jump-start; more contractors are needed to help rental customers. I said I’d pick-up at 5:00 PM. We arrived at 5:20 PM slowed by heavy traffic and the office was closed!! Very disappointed! Could not pickup next day, Had to leave San Diego at 6:00 AM!Bewertet am 29. Juli 2023

The pick up process was against aggravating, for some reason they were asking for two forms of picture ID, and at the end ended up accepting a non picture ID as my second form of ID. They angered me for no reason. So right off the start I regret renting with these people. I rent cars often and this was the first time this has happened, must be a budget thing… so never againBewertet am 24. Juni 2023

We rented a car at Budget. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us straight to the car rental facility. Our car was brand new and very clean.
