The vehicle had an expired inspection sticker, a maintenance needed message popped up early in the week, one front tire had a terrible shimmy, and one seat was ripped. I can live with that, but they hit us with a no-show fee the day after we picked up the vehicle and they are resistant to reversing the fee on a vehicle that we picked up.Bewertet am 4. Aug. 2023

I was charged for gas despite filling it 2 miles from airport, getting the fuel shutoff twice which indicated to me it was full and gauge showing full. Not okay and I cancelled our reservation for a week later and used National. Actions have consequences, I emailed the company and had no reply so bye bye Budget, I respond by taking my business elsewhere.Bewertet am 25. Mai 2023
