It was great. We had a delay which left us getting to our pick-up location 5.5 hrs after the scheduled pick-up. The lady at the front counter helped us get a vehicle even after telling us the vehicle contract is terminated after a 2 hr delay. 1. They gave me half tank and I even gave full tank on return, still they charged me for fuel. 2. Pick and drop point at Malpensa Airport is not mentioned. 3. Support call was not supportive at all. Hertz and Dollar service is pathetic, I will never go for it again.Bewertet am 25. Juli 2023

When I dropped off car, the guy could have been more helpful. I went to checkout and he just stood there without acknowledging me. I was of course eager to get to my flight. It is painful for me to stand and he had me stand there until I said something.Bewertet am 20. Juli 2023
