Pick up was poor. Customer service told me to go sit down my car wasn ready. Wouldn't take the time to discuss if a similar car would be available. Just repeating go sit down. Waited nearly 30 minutes to get a car. When I finally got my papers there were several cars that were the exact same make and model as what I got sitting in the row.Bewertet am 24. Apr. 2023

It took over 1 1/1 hours to get the car. There was only four people in line Employees at the counter seemed to be contract employees for Thrifty, dollar and hertz. They took hertz customers first During check in there was no one there you just left the car in the lineBewertet am 13. Juli 2022

We reserved and paid for a 7 passenger SUV. They gave us a 5 passenger car. It took three times of us going up to the car on the airport parking garage and back to the counter inside to get it right and then they forgot to give us the correct ticket to scan to leave the airport.
