Drop of was fast and the attendant was very friendly. The car was not what I expected, it was very dirty in and out, it had a strange smell and it was missing the front right hubcap. I was very disappointed with the car. I won't use Dollar again.Bewertet am 13. Juni 2023

There were at least a hundred people in line in front of us. They were estimating 2-3 hours to get through the line. We luckily had a friend who had just received a car from another company and so we bailed and rode with him. Next time I'm paying more for a better company.Bewertet am 22. Mai 2023

I had to wait nearly as long in line at the Sacramento airport Dollar rental as the flight from Portland had been (& I was 4th in a line of probably 40). 2 agents handling Thrifty/Dollar, appeared quite relaxed in their tempo of work. When I finally got to speak to the agent I asked if they were short-staffed. “Oh no, it’s always like this at Dollar/Thrifty). Probably a good idea to go with Hertz even though it’s going to cost a bit more.” I will be needing her advice.Bewertet am 7. Mai 2023

The company did not have my reservation available. They provided me with an upgrade but the communication was poor and they charged me $400 extra for the vehicle when I thought it was a slight increase from my $200 I had already set for the reservation.Bewertet am 12. Apr. 2023

Requested an all wheel drive for winter journey from Sacramento to Tahoe. Was given a Mitsubishi Outlander that when it snowed and I went to initiate all wheel drive discover it was in fact a two wheel drive vehicle. I had to purchase $157 chains for very dangerous return to Sacramento. Terrible experience.Bewertet am 25. Feb. 2023
