They said they had underage fees on the website but it turns out you have to be at least 23! So we all showed up after the flight ready to grab our car and we couldn’t. So stressful! Lamentablemente no pudimos tener el carro Perdimos la reservacion ya que el Vuelo se atrazo y llegamos tarde ya estaban cerrado.Cuando nos comunicamos con el personal de Europcar no pudieron hacer nada y estuvimos dos Dias sin carro sin poddr movernos incluso trataron a mi hija de mentirosa. Positiv:Nothing, rude, arrogant, no help. Showed up, car had been wrecked the day before, was never called or made aware of this, left stranded outside with no help to get anywhere.Negativ:Everything could have been better.
