Stood by for 15 minutes waiting to check out while one agent worked and two others walked in and out without a word. Finally someone noticed me standing there and said someone would soon help me. Positiv:Nothing.Negativ:They canceled my rental AFTER i called them and emailed them that i was arriving late due to flight cancellations and wearher. Negativ:Pick up was not coordinated properly. Cars were not available. After 1st assigned car and waiting 30 minutes for it to be cleaned, turned out that the car had tags that had been expired since December and could not be issued. Then waited another 30 minutes for them to find a new car. The start to finish process took 1.5 hours before I finally told them I just need a car and don’t care if it’s not been cleanedBewertet am 2. Feb. 2021
